Fighters of Ukraine's 225th Assault Regiment Morok battalion have ambushed and killed three Russian soldiers near Huliaipole city in south-eastern Zaporizhzhia region. Video footage shared in social media shows three Russian servicemen being shot by drones while trying to hide in a house. The servicemen sought to hide from the drone but failed and were eliminated in drone strikes. It should be noted that Huliaipole has become one of the fiercest and most contested battle zones on the southern front. Heavy fighting has been reported for weeks as Russian forces press their offensive to break deeper into Ukrainian territory from the east and southeast. Another video released in social media shows how a Russian soldier moving in a snowy road in a forested area comes under a drone attack. The Russian soldier is killed on the spot. Yet another footage taken from the drone captures the moments Russian servicemen are killed in drone strikes in various parts of the frontline. Some of the Russian servicemen are eliminated while moving on buggies, others were struck while gathering around a military vehicle. The war in Ukraine continues into its fourth year with intense and widespread fighting along multiple sectors of the frontline. The Pokrovsk sector in Ukraine’s Donetsk region remains among the hottest points of fighting, with frequent clashes and defensive actions reported by Ukrainian military sources. Ukrainian forces are working to repel Russian assaults and prevent further territorial losses, but the enemy frequently employs heavy artillery, missiles, and guided aerial bombs across various regions.
