Ingredients for the Dough

🔺 200 g flour
🔺 1/2 tsp baking powder
🔺 1 pinch of salt
🔺 100 g butter 🧈
🔺 30 g cocoa 🍫
🔺 80 g yogurt
🔺 30 g sugar
🔺 8 g vanilla sugar
🔺 1 egg yolk 🥚
🔺 1–2 tbsp milk (if necessary)

Ingredients for the Filling

🔺 100 g hazelnuts 🌰
🔺 2 tbsp jam (recommended: black currant) 🍇
🔺 1 egg white 🥚
🔺 Pecans for decoration 🌰

Preparation

Rub together flour, baking powder, salt, and butter to form crumbs.
Add cocoa, yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolk.
Knead everything into a dough, incorporating 1–2 tbsp of milk if necessary.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, then cut into 16–20 pieces and roll into balls.
Let the dough rest.

Chop the hazelnuts, mix in the jam and egg white.
Flatten each dough ball, place the filling in the center, and seal it neatly.
Create a pattern with tweezers and place a pecan in the center.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
