Mix oats with apples. My mother lost 5 kg in one week! No sugar! I do this every morning with oats! Lost 30 kg in one month. Belly fat is melting away!
Recipes and Ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup oats.
2 apples.
50 ml water.
2 eggs.
150 g yogurt.
1 tsp baking powder.
Avocado oil.
Recipe 2
1 cup oats.
200 ml milk.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
Vanillin.
2 bananas.
1 tsp baking powder.
1 pear.
50 g cranberries.
40 g walnuts.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Let cool completely.
Recipe 3
1 cup oats.
100 ml water.
3 apples.
50 ml water.
Vanillin.
50 g cranberries.
40 g walnuts.
1/2 cup oats.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 4
1/2 cup oats.
1 egg.
30 ml milk.
1 banana.
1 tsp sweetener.
1/2 tsp baking powder.
Avocado oil.
100 g yogurt.
1 tbsp honey.
Almond flakes.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.

220 g oats.
Grease the pan with olive oil.
2 large apples.
Lemon juice.
2 eggs.
Vanillin.
60 g nuts.
60 g cranberries.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
