You Won’t Believe These New Phoenix AZ Homes In Western Gardens

Of course it's another beautiful gorgeous and sunny day out here in Arizona and where are we? How about Phoenix, Arizona in a brand spanking new subdivision. It's called Western Garden. Our builder for today is Lenar Homes and we got some really nice homes to show you. How about I tell you about them? That's probably a good idea. This one right behind me, 2105 square feet, four bedrooms, three baths, two car garage and it's actually a next-gen home. However, if you're not needing a next-gen home and you just want something a little different, I got that for you as well. I have this really really nice home right back here. 1946 square feet, four bedrooms, three baths, two car garage and again where are we? Phoenix, Arizona in a subdivision called Western Garden. Our builder is Lenar and of course your realtor me Mary Camerino. I'd be honored to work for you. Well let's not waste any more of your time. Let's go show you these beautiful homes and remember leave me a comment below about what you're thinking and now let's go. Alrighty now, so we're standing in front of the Latitude. It is 2105 square feet, four bedrooms, three baths, two car garage and this is actually a next-gen home. So if you're wanting something like this for mom, dad, aunt, uncle, whatever it is, you may want to consider this one and like I said 2105 square feet, four beds, three bathrooms, two car garage. Base price right at $504.90. So let's go ahead and take you on in this one. It's actually a very nice one and you may actually think it's pretty good too. So it does say come on in. So let's go ahead and go on in. Alrighty now, so as we are standing right here in front of the front door right over here that's going to be your garage door entrance but as I take a step up and turn to the right this is going to be where your guest bedrooms are. So as I horseshoe around all the way into the front bedroom and as you can see it is being as an office with the trustee agent inside that's waving back at us. You do have a nice window out to the front and then over here are slider door closets for this bedroom and then as I back up from here this is going to be your shared bathroom right here. One sink and then it also has a tub and shower combination with a nice window out to the side of the house and then backing up from that as well is going to be guest bedroom number two. They have it as a bedroom and also a little bit of information out here. It comes with a nice window to the side and then also slider door closets. Nice size bedroom and then backing up here I just want to show you this spot right here. I'm going to turn around and just show you there's the front door bedroom number one shared bathroom and then bedroom number two and then right over here as they did you can put a nice piece of furniture there if you wanted to and then down here's the hallway into everything else but as we walk down and turning right to the left here right to the left that's really good how about as we walk down and turn to the left this is going to be where your next gen is and we're going to go ahead and take you on here very very nice and it does have a full kitchen a nice seating area as you can see and a nice door out to the side of the house where they can exit in and out of that as they want to as well. Now I'm going to turn around nicely right here this is also another access into the two-car garage so if they happen to be driving and they're going to take one of the spots in the garage they can come in and out of that garage right through here instead of coming in the other way they have two access points coming into this area but I'm going to turn around come over here turn around so you can see the kitchen just a little bit better comes with a full-size refrigerator the gas stove top oven and a microwave right above all that and then as we walk past that right over here is the bathroom a nice walk-in shower and window above to let some natural light come in and directly across from that let me open this door for you this is going to be a very large linen closet all the way up to the top and then down and then walking past that is going to bring us right into the bedroom it's actually a very nice size room two nice size windows over there to the side here another look and then walking into the room we're going to give you a look into the walk-in closet let me turn the light on for you they also have it with a washer and dryer right here I'm not quite sure if I really like that location of where the washer and dryer is but you know what whoever you have living here if it's mom dad aunt uncle or whoever you have here if they don't need the washer and dryer in here this would give them more space in their closet however if that's something that they really like there you go they have their own space to do their own laundry you know their favorite thing to do not mine but as we leave this bedroom walking back out here again this is the bathroom for it and then give you another angle into the seating area and the kitchen very open very bright and like I said you have a door right over here to go out nice window to the side turn around here I do apologize because the builder has the tv on here out very loud give you another look here in the kitchen it's kind of cozy very very very nice so as we exit this we're going to go back into the main hallway of the home and here it is this is the main hallway of the home this is going to bring us into the kitchen into the kitchen here they have a nice size island as you can see it comfortably seats four if you had a different style chair there you possibly could put five in there but definitely comfortably fits five it's sort of like a horseshoe shape where where it comes all the way over here down and around over here they are showing it with a gas stove top and oven with a microwave right above which is very nice gives you lots of room in here in this kitchen and then when you're standing right here in the middle of the island you have easy access right over here into the family room and then at a glance to the left you can see the dining room area over there plenty of space over here to put whatever size and shape table you want to do right over here and then you know what i did not forget your pantry i did not at all it's right over here i'll show you they're using it as a storage area this is a very large pantry right here i'm going to shut the door and then back up into the kitchen so you can see where exactly it is and i'm standing right here in the kitchen in the corner right over there is your pantry so we're going to walk on past all this and i'm going to bring you into the primary bedroom and it's actually a very nice size bedroom right here and then walking you over here into the bathroom of course you have the double sinks they are showing it with a walk-in shower with a bench and a very nice window above letting more natural light coming in which is nice and then here is your walk-in closed closet which i gotta say i am a little disappointed okay this may be enough for one person i don't know where the other ones are going i'm just saying hello and there's there's another look at the vanity and then right around the corner i am going to assume is yep is going to be your water closet no window so hope you didn't want one because you're not getting one at least not in this floor plan but you do have a very nice size bedroom right here i shut the door right there because the gentleman who's working here for the builder he's kind of very loud on the telephone but that's okay i'm going to take you back outside not outside but into the primary main living area so as we exit this we have a couple doors to open right here i'm going to open this one right here and this is going to be where your washer and dryer your laundry room area is it's going to be a stackable right here it's not going to be side by side and they give you some shelves right over here to put for your supplies as well to do your favorite thing no not really and then directly across from that is another door and behind door number two is the linen closet for the primary bedroom and then as we turn around it brings us right into the main part of the house the dining the kitchen and the family room area so what do you think of this one so far they don't let you go out to the backyard the lot sizes out here are right around 5400 square feet the recap on this the way around into the front bedroom and it has a very nice window out to the front and then it also has slider door closets right over here let me back up so you can see that a little bit oh my gosh i've got to really show you this now that's a small closet i hope you don't have very many clothes i'm just saying you know i'm not trying to be critical it's just that i like you to be aware of what is out here just in case you decide you want to buy something and you're not going to be able to make it out here i just like to point out as many things as possible because a lot of my clients do buy homes out here without coming out so just to let that be so as i back out here is the shared bath hello one sink as you can see as well it has a nice window out there to the side in a tub and shower combination so as i back up here right down here is going to be guest bedroom number two i will just tell you right off the bat the bedrooms are a little bit on the small side that obviously as you can tell that's a twin and that's also with two pieces of furniture on each side of the bed so you can kind of get an idea the size of the room right there you do have a nice window over there to the side and again let me back up and show you the closets right there not the largest by any means but sometimes that's okay and that'll work right there again is the front door coming out and around down and around bedroom one shared bathroom and then right here is guest bedroom number two so now we're going to go down the hallway we're going to turn to the right right here is your garage door entrance walk past that this is guest bedroom number three a little bit bigger room for sure nice window to the side and slider door closets right over there much better size room you know it would be nice if the other front rooms were this size but they're not so and then right beside that here is your linen closet it's a very skinny linen closet they put it on a diet and oh well and then next to that is the bathroom for this bedroom so this bedroom gets its own bathroom they're showing it with a tub and shower combination i'll show you right here it is the fiberglass shell doesn't make it bad it just helps keep the cost down if that's of concern for you so as we come back out and around brings us right back into the main part of the hallway so we're walking on down here we're going to turn to the left and this is going to be your favorite room yay yay yay no yay but at least you have a nice window out to the side let's in all that natural light and yes it will come with a shelf no cabinets here however like i always tell you in all my videos if you want cabinets not a problem at all all you have to do is let me know i have recommendations and referrals for all my clients it's just part of the service of everything that we will do for you and then right next to that is going to be your coat closet and a storage for water which is okay as well so now we're going to back up we're going to go into the main part of the house the kitchen the dining the you around and bring you back into the kitchen now about that a very nice size kitchen island there they have it showing with three chairs there you most certainly can put a fourth in there without any problems at all i'll give you a look at the length of the island right there very nice length and i love all the cabinets that they're showing with the counters that those are 42 inch cabinets on the uppers which is very very nice i love the color the chocolate color cabinets they are showing it with a gas stove top oven and then also a microwave right below also show you right here the island on this side very very nice kitchen right here at the end you see the pantry i will walk you over there just to give you an idea what that looks like there you go from the bottom and all the way up to the top very very nice they got the memo they need another show and another look at the kitchen on this side and then i'm going to stand right in middle of your island right here and give you a look at what it would be like there is your spacious family room right there lots of room a lot of windows you have that nice slider door and then you have two of those windows to the side and another window to the back patio a very nice large spacious family room area then if i glance over to the left that's going to be where your dining is and again a very large and spacious area it looks kind of dark only because they have like an olive green color paint on there and you know with that reflection of the wood on the wall holding the bottles of wine it brings it into a little bit of a darker scheme but nevertheless it's a very nice size room you can put a different shape if you want a different style of table in you want you have enough room to do whatever it is you want to make this room maybe you don't want it to be a formal dining room i want to make it somewhat something else maybe something for the kids to do whatever they want to do right there but anyway i want to give you another look of the family room then as we walk past this i'm going to bring you into the primary nice size room and look at that nice big window out to the backyard they are showing it over here with the walk-in closet okay all righty i'm gonna walk in and then turn around and walk back out give you another angle of the room i like the size of the the bedroom and the huge window out to the backyard and as we walk past this i'm going to bring you right into the bathroom it has a nice vanity and also one of the nice things about this it has a makeup area hello i hope you're having a marvelous day it is such a beautiful day out here in arizona i wish you were out here and hopefully one day i get to meet you and help you find your home sweet home but look at this vanity very very very nice at the end you have a nice window going outside to the side of the yard and then they're showing it with a walk-in shower right there i'm going to swing back around try not to make you too dizzy right over here is going to be your water closet and then right next to that is going to be your very nice linen closet all the way up and all the way down and then as we exit another look of this bedroom this is a very nice size bedroom i gotta tell you just disappointed in the size of the closet that this room has as we exit bringing you back out into the family room area this is a spacious area as well very very nice i would take you outside they don't allow me to take you outside the doors are locked i will let you know that the lot size is out here for this collection the discovery collection 5400 square feet are the lots and in a minute i will tell you all about the hoa and everything you get out here which is a lot but i'm going to give you a recap on this one this is the ironwood it is 1946 square feet four bedrooms three baths two car garage for the base price of 464.90. what do you think about this one other than the closet's being kind of small what do you think of this one yes no maybe sort of possibly on the scale of one to ten what do you think drop me a comment below so what do you think of those two nice houses it's a very nice area out here and again where are we we are in western gardens that's the name of the subdivision and we are in actually phoenix arizona lenar is the home builders the collection we just showed you is called the discovery collection a beautiful collection out here in western gardens in fact there are seven different collections out here if this is not something that you're wanting and you want something else and you definitely want to be in this community all you have to do is let me know and i will find the home that you want in this subdivision or if it's not your subdivision let me know that too and we'll find you the right house and wherever you want to be the HOA out here is $199 a month and you're going oh my gosh that is a lot and you're right but wait till you hear what you get for $199 a month yes you do get a huge dinosaur resort style pool you get several pickleball courts several basketball courts you get grassy parks not just one many grassy parks throughout this whole big huge community out here as well as playgrounds for the kids for the four-legged the two-legged kids to go out enjoy the great great weather we have out here in arizona but another really nice thing about it you get your high-speed internet included with your HOA so that's a huge chunk so if you were to pay for that individually your high-speed internet and then subtract that out you would have actually a very low HOA fee out here but they're throwing that in with it which is i think a great great benefit lot sizes out here are right around 5400 square feet so if you wanted something smaller larger whatever the case may be we'll have to look at a different collection but for this one it's right at 5400 square feet in the
