The best oatmeal banana dessert! Low-calorie dessert in 5 minutes!
Recipes and Ingredients:

150 g oats.
250 ml milk.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2 bananas.
2 tbsp honey.
20 g cocoa powder.
7 g baking powder.
Oil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
60 g nuts.
80 g dark chocolate.

1 cup oats.
3 eggs.
2 apples.
20 g butter.
50 g nuts.
1 spoon sweetener.
Avocado oil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 3
2 cups oats (200 g).
A pinch of salt.
250 ml milk.
4 eggs.
3 tbsp sweetener (50 g).
2 tbsp avocado oil (30 ml).
Vanillin.
250 ml water.
Butter.
Recipe 4
1 cup oats.
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 apple.
1 egg.
Avocado oil.
200 g cottage cheese.
2 eggs.
2 bananas.
1 tbsp sweetener.
Almond flakes.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Let it cool completely.
