How to Make Sweet and Sour Chicken[ASMR]

600g chicken wings
2 lemons
45g garlic
18g shallots
10g ginger
●Marinated chicken wings
Seasoning:
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon rice wine
Marinate for 20 minutes
●Coat the chicken wings with starch and let stand for 5 minutes
●Fry the chicken wings
Medium-low heat
Fry until golden brown, turn over
Fry until fully cooked (12-15 minutes)

Melt the butter over medium heat
Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant
Add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey
Stir-fry the chicken wings, sauce and lemon
