Just 1 cup of oatmeal! I eat this every day for breakfast and have lost 25 kg!

Recipes and Ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup of oatmeal.
1 tsp baking powder.
1 banana.
2 plums.
2 eggs.
100 ml milk.
Lemon zest.
30 g blueberries.
Avocado oil.
Sesame.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/360°F.

Recipe 2
1 cup of oatmeal.
100 ml milk.
3 eggs.
1 tsp baking powder.
1/2 tsp cinnamon.
1 tbsp honey.
2 bananas.
1 apple.
30 g nuts.
Avocado oil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/360°F.

Recipe 3
1 cup of oatmeal.
Carrot.
2 apples.
100 ml water.
Banana.
2 eggs.
50 g raisins.
5 g baking powder.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Let cool completely.

Recipe 4
2 cups of oatmeal.
4 eggs.
4 tbsp sweetener.
A pinch of salt.
Whisk for 3 minutes.
100 ml vegetable oil.
1 tsp baking powder.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
2 apples.
1/2 cup nuts.
Pour half of the batter into the baking dish.
2 tbsp raisins.
Half of the apples.
Pour in the second half of the batter.
Arrange all remaining apples on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
