Ingredients:
3 eggs
120g sugar
Zest of 1 orange
120ml neutral oil
120ml fresh orange juice
1 container of plain yogurt (120g)
240g flour
15g baking powder
Orange jam (for garnish)
Crushed pistachios (for decoration)
⏰ Cooking time: 30-40 minutes at 175°C
