These healthy oatmeal cups are high in protein, filling and perfect as a snack or warm dinner. 💪
Crispy oat flakes are filled with a creamy chicken and mushroom mixture and topped with cheese. 🧀
They are easy to prepare, perfect for meal prep and a great alternative to pizza or casserole! 🍕
📋 Ingredients
Dough for the baskets:
💧 Water – 170 ml (5.75 fl oz)
🌾 Oat flakes (instant) – 90 g (3.17 oz)
🧈 Butter – 50 g (1.76 oz)
🧂 Salt – a pinch
🥚 Eggs – 2 pcs
🧀 Mozzarella, finely grated – 50 g (1.76 oz)
Filling:
🍗 Chicken breast – to taste
🍄 Mushrooms (king oyster mushrooms or others) – to taste
🥒 Zucchini – to taste
🥛 Sour cream – to taste
🌿 Spices for chicken – to taste
🧂 Salt – to taste
🍃 Dried herbs – to taste
🧀 Mozzarella for topping – to taste
