🧡5 eggs
💙separate three yolks
💛1 pinch of salt
💚mix with a mixer
💜100 g sugar
🧡beat until the mixture becomes lighter and fluffier
💙120 g flour
💛1 teaspoon vanilla
💚1 teaspoon baking powder
💜mix carefully
💚line a 20 cm cake pan with baking paper
💙bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C
🧡add 150 g sugar to the egg yolks
💛60 g cornstarch
💜2 cups milk
💚vanillin
💛boil until thickened
💙cover and cool
🧡the sponge cake is ready
💜cool
💜cut off the top and sides
💚100 ml cold cream
💛whip until stable
💙cooled custard
🧡garnish with large coconut flakes
