2 Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
2/3 cup Sugar (120 g)
1 cup Kefir or Buttermilk (230 g)
2 tbsp Vegetable oil (30 g)
1/4 cup Orange juice (60 ml)
Zest of one orange
2½ All-purpose flour (300 g)
1 tbsp Baking powder (10 g)
4 tbsp Poppy seeds (30 g)

2 Egg Yolks
1/3 cup Sugar (65 g)
1 tsp Orange Zest
2 tbsp Cornstarch (15 g)
2/3 cup Orange juice (150 ml)
4 Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
2/3 cup Sugar (120 g)
3 tbsp Butter (45 g)
1 tsp Orange Zest
3 tbsp Orange Juice (35 ml)
1¼ cup Flour (140 g)
1/4 cup Cornstarch (25 g)
2 tsp Baking Powder (7 g)
