Do you want a cake that won't leave anyone indifferent? 🎂🔥 Then this flourless chocolate dessert is just what you need! It's based on whipped egg whites, dark chocolate and walnuts, which give a unique texture. And pistachios and vanilla sugar make the flavor even more intense.

Ingredients:
For the cake layers:
6 egg whites
Pinch of salt
10g vanilla sugar (4 tsp)
140g sugar (⅔ cup + 1 tbsp)
280g walnuts (3 cups chopped)
20g cornstarch (2½ tbsp)

For the cream:
6 egg yolks
10g vanilla sugar (4 tsp)
120g sugar (½ cup + 2 tbsp)
200ml cream (any type) (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
200g dark chocolate (7 oz or 1¼ cups chips)
150g butter, room temperature (⅔ cup or 10½ tbsp)

Additional:
100g pistachios (¾ cup shelled)
20cm (8-inch) cake pan
