Ingredients (4-5 servings):

250 g (8.8 oz) penne pasta,
cook al dente

150 g (5 oz) smoked salmon, sliced
olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
50 g capers
Salt
pepper
pasta water
Add pasta
100 g (3.5 oz) Philadelphia cream cheese
Add salmon

✅ Serve after mixing the sauce with the pasta!

Ingredients (4-5 servings):

300g spaghetti
cook al dente

olive oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 medium zucchini, diced
salt and pepper
300 ml (1 1/2 cup / 10.5 fl oz) lager
300 g (10.5 oz) salmon, diced
a handful of fresh basil
Peel of a lemon
