INGREDIENTS 🔻: (24-26 cm mold)
3 zucchini
salt
black pepper
1 clove garlic
olive oil
4 eggs
100 ml milk
60 ml olive oil
salt + black pepper
parsley
1 red onion
1/2 red bell pepper
120 g 00 flour
2 medium potatoes
8 g baking powder for savory or sweet pies

🌡️Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection) for about 40-45 minutes
