Ingredients (makes about 11 balls):
For the balls:
• 150g red lentils (about 3/4 cup)
• 1 ripe mango, peeled, diced or pureed (about 1 cup)
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons oat flour
• 2 tablespoons flour or chickpea flour
• 1 teaspoon garam masala or curry powder
• Salt, pepper, paprika
• A little oil for frying

For the mint yogurt:
• 150g plain plant-based yogurt (about ⅔ cup)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 handful fresh mint, chopped
• Salt, pepper
