Imagine: A salad that simultaneously detoxifies your body AND leaves you feeling completely full. Sounds too good to be true? Wait! Today I'm showing you my absolute favorite detox cucumber salad, which is so delicious you'll forget how healthy it is.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cucumber
1 avocado
150g feta cheese
1/2 bunch of fresh parsley
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon mustard, sweet or medium-hot

DIRECTIONS:

1. Peel the cucumber, quarter it, and cut into slices or cubes.
2. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and cut into cubes.
3. Dice the feta cheese or crumble it with a fork.
4. Finely chop the parsley.
5. For the dressing: Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt (be careful: feta is salty too!), pepper, and preferably sweet mustard in a small bowl – mix briefly, and you're done!
6. Gently combine all ingredients and season to taste.
7. Let stand for about 10 minutes and enjoy! Enjoy!
