at the risk of being self-serving I will say that I am very proud of my colleagues and I think they did a terrific job this morning and I think the prediction that Peter of still are made that you will see us again that we will be back that I think was a very clear and well spoken prophecy my reaction was that the judges were paying very strict attention they had obviously read the briefs they asked questions that I think justified Peters confidence that in fact we will be back and the issues that were in the pleadings have not been addressed by the court by the district district court and they should have been so my hope my my at least optimistic expectation I don't think it's too optimistic is that this court may give us that second chance and by the way judge coded not foreclosed actions by the state courts but I think that there is vulnerability in both the federal courts and state courts so we will be back but I really think that the man of the day should step up and take the mic Peter hey appreciate it and then I'm gonna put this on your inside pocket if that's that right so first of all I want to thank everybody here for the support and tell you what an honor it is to represent Praeger you I don't agree with everything that's on every video but I certainly agree with your absolute right to be able to say it you are civil you are respectful you are intelligent and your speech should be protected having said that I would point out that that entire argument was on the ninth circuit's youtube channel let's hope we don't end up in restricted mode especially especially when we get to the Lanham Act claim right to suggest that Prager use content is obscene violent hate speech is an absolute insult to the intelligence of the American public and people like yourself who are willing to enter the important political dialogue and I don't often do this but I really want to say I really want to quote Rodney King when he said why can't we all just get along and that message goes to Google and YouTube we will be back but I am optimistic that we got a very fair hearing from three very able judges today I believe they will do the right thing and I believe that we will survive in federal court but even if we don't we are Twp and already going in state court where we know as the judges told you today the concept of state action is much greater we told the judges today that if they use the CDA to claim they're immune from doing illegal and unlawful things as a matter of law that we will attack the CDA and move to strike it as a prior restraint on free speech and your rights to petition the courts to have justice and to be treated precisely the way YouTube claims that they want to treat you which is viewpoint neutral content-based restrictions that apply equally to all not just to Prager you right I am a huge fan of Bill Maur but bill maher has a preferred content deal with Prager you and Bill Maher is not being restricted at the rate that Prager U is being restricted what up with that YouTube what up with that anyway very interesting arguments today if we lose on the First Amendment claim we will petition the Supreme Court for certiorari if we win we'll be back in federal court hopefully the court will remand on the Lanham Act claim we'll just have to wait to see but as I said we have a state law claim going on and some of you may not know this but we were also approached as a result of your case by the LGBTQ community who has filed a class action saying that they're being discriminated against simply because they identify as LGBTQ and they wanted me to tell you all of you that they support Prager you 100% in this claim so maybe we're going to start to close the divide with this case and we're going to do something more than change the law maybe we're going to get everybody in the world to see that we really have a lot in common and that civil dialogue and civil discourse in an open way is the only thing that can keep our democracy going so with that I want to thank all of you I really want to thank my colleague Ryan Keach and and and I really want to thank governor Wilson for all his support in all this and I really want to thank Craig and Marissa and the folks at Prager you who I'm going to turn this over to for the honor of being able to represent all of you it is a true honor so keep the marketing officer for Praeger you and i just want to say thank you to everyone who showed up today this is a very strong statement even right here in Seattle a very left-wing City we have this many loyal Americans and Prager used supporters showing up because they stand up for free speech they know what Google and YouTube is doing to us is absolutely wrong and so it's really a great sight to see how many people care about free speech and understand the significance of this case it's really ironic I'm standing right here in front of the courthouse right across the street you can't see it is a beautiful building it's a public library if a student walks into that public library goes on the computer and searches for Prager you've idios there are over 200 that they will not be able to see and get this five of them are on the ten commandments it's obvious at this point that YouTube does not like Prager you because we're effective we're reaching millions of people every day with conservative ideas and they're trying to stop our momentum but that's why we're going to keep fighting we're fighters that Prager you so I just want to thank everyone for coming I'm going to turn it over to someone a little more handsome than me a little shorter than me but a fan-favorite Prager you personality will wit come join us speak the truth yeah that's I'm not a professional at all there you go just a college student in Colorado and I was never a conservative until I went to college and so I just how terrible they were to anyone with a different point of view and the only reason that I became a conservative in college is because I saw Prager you videos without seeing those videos I never would be where I am today I never would be a conservative and I never would be fighting for the values that I believe in and the values that make America the greatest country on Earth right and that's the exact same thing with you guys coming here because you know how powerful Prager you videos are in changing people's minds and changing America in a better direction sure so many young people are here you guys go on your campuses or people who go to work and you are criticized all the time for having a conservative point of view or for believing in the values that America represents and we no longer stand for that we want to break the stigma of what people are saying about conservatives and the only way to do that is if we have a platform where we can get our message out there so we are done with them restricting our videos we are done with other social media Giants censoring us and we're ready to stand up for free speech in the First Amendment are you guys with me yes awesome thank you guys [Music] [Applause] [Music]
