Today, we'll be be doing a VERY BEGINNER-FRIENDLY 10-minute booty workout that can be done right from home!
This workout doesn't require any equipment--all you need is your body!

This workout will be in a circuit form & all exercises will be performed one right after the other.
BEGINNER BOOTY AT HOME:
1) Fire Hydrants | 12 reps/leg
2) Glute Bridges | 12 full reps + 12 pulses
3) Donkey Kicks | 12 reps/leg
60 second rest
Repeat 1-3 for a total of 3x.
