What's up, my beautiful babes!?

Today, we'll be doing a killer glute/booty workout using just a pair of dumbbells (or any other weights you have!) and a small resistance band.

INTENSE GLUTE WORKOUT:
Glute Activation:
1) Fire Hydrants | 12 reps/leg
2) Donkey Kicks | 12 reps/leg
3) Glute Bridges | 12 full reps + 12 pulses
Repeat 1-3 back to back.
Rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat for a total of 3x.

4) a. Single-Leg Hip Thrusts | 12 reps/leg
b. Reverse Hypers | 12-15 reps
c. Rest for 1-2 minutes
Repeat a-c for a total of 4x.
5) Bulgarian Split Squats | 4x12 reps/leg
6) Curtsy Squats | 4x12 reps/leg
7) Glute Bridges Pyramid Set:
a. 15 reps at a lighter weight
b. Increase the weight for 12 reps
c. Increase the weight again for 9 reps
d. Rest for 1-2 minutes
Repeat a-d for a total of 4x.
