Hey, guys!

Today, we'll be doing a full body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using only a kettlebell! This workout can be done right at home and will only take about 10 minutes.

Workout starts at 1:50

Of course, most importantly, never forget that your fitness goals are fueled also through your nutrition, so always remember to stay consistent with both your nutrition & training.

KB-ONLY HIIT WORKOUT: 1:50
1) KB Swings | 30 seconds
2) Speed Skaters | 30 seconds
3) KB Swings | 30 seconds
4) Surrenders | 30 seconds
5) KB Swings | 30 seconds
6) Jump Squats | 30 seconds
7) KB Swings | 30 seconds
8) Plank | 30 seconds
Rest for 2 minutes.
Repeat 1-8 once more. (Repeat circuit additional times as desired for a longer workout.)
