Capcom's Marvel SuperHeroes Arcade Game! Artwork, gameplay video

ladies and gentlemen this is Joe's video games back with another great arcade game video for you today this is the classic Capcom Marvel Superheroes this was a really cool fighting game everybody's played it um it was one of their cps2 games um cps2 was their system that U that we're putting out for a while that had just a bunch of really classic fighting games that were all very similar so it had Marvel versus Capcom Marvel Superheroes X-Men versus Street Fighter uh Super Street Fighter 2 blah blah blah this is of course Marvel Superheroes a really fun one um we got this in not too long ago it's a kit cabinet so this I don't know I have no clue what this game was before we've been trying to figure it out it's a it's got a really weird control panel that we were thinking maybe somebody made and attached to it but it it uh if you look under it and everything it kind of looks like it had at least a similar control panel On It originally so I'm not sure where this cabinet came from uh but it has Marvel superheroes in it right now and we are going to leave it that way CU it's a pretty cool little kit so I just figured I'd show you the artwork real quick and we'll shoot a little video of me playing it although I must warn you I am horrible at this game so here is the art Marvel Superheroes so who have we got that are the Marvel Superheroes that's the Incredible Hulk right I believe that would be Jean Gray I think that would be [Music] Ironman that would be Wolverine and that would be Captain America wonder if I'm right about I don't think I'm right about I don't think that is Jean Gray I think that's a what's her name well maybe I don't know we'll see let's let's let's find out the easy way the psylock I'm an idiot that's not Jean Gray all right we look at the side art Marvel Superheroes to be honest I have no clue who that guy is either I need to brush up on my comic books man I haven't read any in a long time okay so right down here we've got the bad guys right that's interesting there's no there's no good guys on the sart I guess they saved that for the Marquee it's a nice little kit nice art nice clean cabinet control panels really weird on these it had like a comic book kind of thing going on uh let's see if we can figure out what's going on says a typical night's work for your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man spidey there this isn't in the the control panel is not in the best of shape but it is the original art so we figured we'd leave [Applause] [Music] it it will be my pleasure to tell you everything you wish to [Music] know I'm the Jugger or not let there be Cosmic Warfare to the [Music] be Iron Man wins and he says they always talk trash I fought aim flunkies that were better than you 7 6 5 4 3 it's a cool little cabinet it's got to check out the coin door one's orange and one's yellow but we thought it was kind of cool so we left it at one point they must have had to replace one and didn't have the right color but it's a neat little game somebody will really like this this this was the like I said the cps2 system which means there's a board in the back you can swap it really easy it just there's a couple little Clips you uncp it clip a new one on and you've got one of those other games so um these are really cool cabinets that people really like because you can play pretty much all of those fighting games in the same cabinet if you buy the other boards um because they all use the same controls so this will sell fast people love these things anything that's cps2 that Capcom did people really like so there you have it I will set up the tripod and we'll play through a little bit again if you're looking for somebody that's great at this go ahead and change it now go go search for somebody else on YouTube I'm telling you I'm horrible but we'll play through it a little bit just so uh just so we can uh record the condition of this fine fine specimen of this game all right folks we're going to film it a little bit here I'll film a little bit of the attract mode so you can relive the old times it was such a cool game all right let's try it out again I'm horrible at this but I'll play it a little bit just you guys can can um uh pretend that you're like at the arcade and you're walking up and you're going to put your quarter in and beat me um I usually played Street Fighter and I was always like [Music] rayu let's go let's go bub can't remember I don't think Wy can can uh throw anything can he uh-oh he's speeding up [Music] yeah that's [Music] right oh [Music] man Tado Tado [Music] yeah so you guys don't know I may have it s on the really hard setting you don't know [Music] [Music] swing yeah that's what's up he cheated [Music] 3 horrible damn I can't get near [Music] him horrible the first guy beat me we'll try it again [Music] rookie [Music] rookie let's go B let's go [Music] bub barage [Music] yeah now [Music] what I keep forgetting in this one you can do moves in the [Music] air the [Music] garage sp sp oh come on [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] on not cool not cool [Music] well folks we know there's no way that Spiderman would kick Wolverine's butt If I Had a Brain I might be dangerous horrible horrible why would they say that 4 3 2 1 and look they want me to put my initials in you got to be kidding me well there you go I just did a little quick play through I mean I wasn't really even trying that's yeah um by the time you see this game it may have swung on over to somebody else's house we may not even have it for sale anymore but you can see all the games
