Simple and easy-to-made pumpkin vegetables steamed buns. Each one turned out soft and fluffy, releasing a gentle pumpkin aroma. Each bite is filled with a rich, delicate filling. The sweetness of the pumpkin blends perfectly with the fresh taste of the vegetables, making it not only delicious but also high in dietary fiber to aid digestion. ➡️ Filling 馅料:
A handful of Garlic shallots 一把蒜米红葱
150g Mince meat 肉碎
400g Jicama (Bang Kuang) 沙葛
1/2 pcs Carrot 胡萝卜
1 tsp Salt 盐
1 tbsp Caster sugar 细砂糖
1/2 tsp Chicken stock powder 鸡精粉

➡️ Pumpkin Bun Skin 金瓜包皮:
100g Pumpkin 金瓜
300g Pau flour 包粉
40g Caster sugar 细砂糖
1 tsp Yeast 酵母
1 tsp Baking powder 泡打粉
1 tbsp Corn oil 玉米油
70ml - 80ml Water 清水
