Ingredients 材料:
▶️ Glutinous Rice Layer 糯米层
300g Glutinous rice 300克 糯米
1 tsp Salt 1茶匙 盐
100g Coconut milk 100克 椰浆
100ml Water 100毫升 清水
4 pcs Pandan leaves 4片 班兰叶

▶️ Pandan Layer 班兰层
3 Eggs (medium size) 3个 鸡蛋(中)
120g Sugar 120克 糖
30g Corn flour 30克 玉米粉
40g Plain flour 40克 普通面粉
1/4 tsp Salt 1/4茶匙 盐 
200g Coconut milk 200克 椰浆 

4 pcs Pandan leaves 4片 班兰叶 
120ml Water 120毫升 清水 

备注 Remark:
用搅拌器将4片班兰叶和120毫升水混合。过滤取120毫升班兰汁。
Blend 4pcs Pandan leaves and 120ml water with blender. Strain for 120ml Pandan juice.
