
「素食」紫菜包飯|【Vegan】Mini Gimbap (aka. Sushi Rolls)
Ingredients/材料:
大米 两杯 2 Cups of Rice
茭白 Zizania latifolia (You can also use bamboo shoot as an alternative)
胡萝卜 Carrot
黄瓜 Cucumber
熟芝麻 Baked Sesame
香油 Sesame Oil
海苔 4张 Seaweed Sheet
鹰嘴豆酱:Chickpea Sauce
鹰嘴豆 半杯 1/2 Cup Chickpeas
芝麻酱 1.5大匙 1.5Tbsp Sesame Paste or Tahini
辣椒粉 一小匙 1Tsp Chili Powder
酱油 一小匙 1Tsp Soy Sauce
水 80ml Water
海盐 适量 Sea salt to Taste
寿司醋: Sushi Vinegar
糙米醋 ½杯(125ml)1/2 Cup Brown Rice Vinegar (125ml)
赤砂糖 ¼杯 (约50g)1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (About 50g)
海盐 两小匙 2 Tsp Sea salt
