
【Vegan】Edamame Fried Rice with Preserved Mustard|素食梅干菜毛豆炒飯
Ingredients/材料:
梅干菜 20g Preserved Mustard 20g (any preserved vegetable works)
毛豆 50g Edamame 50g
玉米 ½個 Half Corn
胡蘿蔔 ⅓個 1/3 Carrots
香菇 2朵 2 shiitake mushrooms
豆干 一塊 Dougan/Firm Tofu
調味料/Seasoning:
醬油 一大匙 Soy sauce 1Tbsp
鹽 1/4小匙 Salt 1/4 Tsp
前段時間去杭州買了一些很香的紹興梅干菜,非常喜歡梅干菜的香味,我通常用它來做餅和炒飯,這次用它做了炒飯。現在是玉米和毛豆上市的季節,炒飯裡加了它們倆好吃到舔碗不誇張啊!毛豆和玉米的鮮甜搭配梅干菜獨特的香氣,加一些香菇提鮮,簡直每一口都停不下來,我個人喜歡吃帶點鍋巴的炒飯,也就是將一面煎的微微焦脆,這樣吃起來更香!總之,先看看怎麼製作吧!
