傳統燕麥片 150g Traditional Oatmeal 150g
紅糖 30g Brown sugar 30g
混合生堅果 60g(巴坦木、腰果、南瓜籽) Mixed raw nuts 60g
抹茶粉 / 可可粉 / 椰子粉 1.5大匙(選一種,椰子粉可多加一份) Matcha powder / Cocoa powder / Coconut powder 1.5 tablespoons
奇亞籽 一大匙 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
椰子油 25g Coconut oil 25g
楓糖漿 45g Maple Syrup 45g
綜合果乾 50g dried fruit 50g
可可碎 2小匙 2 tsp cocoa flakes
