Ingredients/材料:
📒饼干底/Cookie Base:
纯素饼干 80g Vegan Cookies
椰子油 1大匙 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
枫糖浆 1大匙 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
📒食材/Ingredients:
内酯豆腐 400g Extra Soft Tofu
黑巧克力78% 120g 78% Dark Chocolate
枫糖浆 4大匙 (60g) 4 Tbsp (About 60g) Maple Syrup
香草精 1小匙 (5g) 1 Tsp (5g) Vanilla Extract
海盐 1小撮 (0.6g) 1 Pinch (0.6g) Salt
📒奶油/Cream:
全脂椰浆 1罐 1 Can of Full-fat Coconut Milk/Cream
(It needs to be refrigerated for 12 hours before serving , and it is best to refrigerate for a few days)
