Ingredients/材料:
全麦高筋粉150g Whole Wheat Bread Flour
温水110g Lukewarm Water
酵母 2g Yeast
橄榄油 10g Olive Oil
海盐 2g Salt
酱/Sauce:
番茄罐头 一罐 1 Canned Tomatoes
红萝卜 100g Carrots
口蘑 3-4个 3-4 White Mushrooms
调味/Seasoning:
生抽 一大匙 1Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
姜粉 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Ginger Powder
干罗勒 一小匙 1 Tsp Dried Basil
干牛至 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
海盐 适量 Salt to Taste
赤砂糖 1/2小匙 1/2 Brown Sugar
芝士/Vegan Cheese:
腰果 30g Cashew Nuts
杏仁奶 一杯 1 Cup Almond Milk
苹果醋 一小匙 1Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
柠檬汁 四分之一个(取汁)Juice from 1/4 Lemon
赤砂糖 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar
营养酵母 两大匙 2Tsp Nutritional Yeast
海盐 一小撮 A Pinch of Salt
木薯粉 一大匙(模拟芝士的拉丝感) 1 Tbsp Tapioca Flour (to simulate the stretch texture of cheese)
tips:
没有平底锅可以直接放烤箱开230度烘烤7分钟直到边缘酥脆
If you don’t have a pan, you can put it in the oven at 230 degrees Celsius and bake for 7 minutes until the edge is crispy.
