Spring is around the corner, and it's time to eat spring pancake! I use to make spring pancake every spring.
This is my favorite method of making spring pancakes. It is also called Siwawa in Guizhou. It's thin, soft and chewy, making it tasted so good.
春天来了,大家有吃春饼吗,每年春天我都会做春饼,咬春的仪式感必不可少呀,春饼我最喜欢的就是这种做法,贵州那边也叫作丝娃娃,无油含水量高柔软又有嚼劲,薄薄的口感还很好
Ingredients/食材:
土豆、豆干、酸萝卜、芹菜、胡萝卜、春笋、熟花生、胡萝卜、豆芽、香菇、海带丝、凉面、黄瓜
potatoes, dried tofu, pickled radish, celery, carrots, spring bamboo shoots, cooked peanuts, carrots, bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, shredded seaweed, noodles, cucumbers
酸辣土豆丝/Spicy and Sour Potato Shreds:
土豆、干辣椒(去籽)、姜、海盐、松茸粉、糙米醋
potatoes, dried Chilli (deseeded), ginger, sea salt, matsutake powder, brown rice vinegar
酱香豆干/Seasoned Dougan:
香菇、软豆干、有机豆瓣酱(非红油)、海盐、赤砂糖、、熟芝麻
shiitake mushrooms, soft Dougan, organic bean paste, sea salt, brown sugar, cooked sesame
