1/4 cup (50 g) Walnuts
1/4 cup (50 g) Dates (pitted and soft)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)
👉 Steps
1️⃣ Blend walnuts in a food processor at low speed for 3 minutes
2️⃣ Add drained lentils, pitted dates, and vanilla extract; blend until smooth
3️⃣ If the mixture sticks, add a little water to keep it moving
4️⃣ Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet
5️⃣ Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 25 minutes
6️⃣ Melt 99% dark chocolate in a double boiler
7️⃣ Let the freshly baked cookies cool down, once they become crispy, dip them to the melted chocolate
