
「素食」2024年第一餐,超级好吃的土豆板栗箜饭 |【Vegan】Potato & Chestnut Paella
I made pickled radish last week, and this paella pairs great with it. 前几天泡了跳水萝卜,想搭配着它,冬天的跳水萝卜特别好吃,我觉得我心目中的最佳搭配就是和土豆箜饭一起吃,开胃又鲜脆的萝卜混合土豆的绵密香甜真的会让人特别着迷。
Ingredients/食材:
黄心小土豆 400g Yellow Potatoes
胡萝卜 半根 Half Carrot
大青菜 适量(可用芥菜或上海青)Bok Choy or Other Vegetables with Leaves
栗子 200g Chestnut
大米 2杯 Two Cup Rice
生抽 1大勺 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
海盐 适量 Salt
