
「素食」拌面好吃的秘诀是:加一个苹果 |【Vegan】Bibim-Naengmyeon Inspired Noodles Salad
It's getting hot lately, so I made the Naengmyeon this time. This Bibim-Naengmyeon inspired noodles dish is more refreshing than the Sichuan style noodles. I used apple to adjust the spiciness of gochujang sauce. With the addition of shredded cucumber and carrot, it's really appetizing!
最近气温又升高了,是时候做一款爽口的凉面了,这款酸辣拌冷面是我特别喜欢的,比我平时爱吃的川味的凉面会更清爽一些,加入苹果调整的辣酱很出彩,带有天然的果酸味裹满面条,加上脆口的黄瓜丝和胡萝卜丝真的特别开胃。
Ingredients/材料:
黄瓜、胡萝卜、面条
Cucumbers, Carrots, Noodles
调味料/Sauce:
韩式辣酱 1.5 大勺 Gochujang Sauce
生抽 1 大勺 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
糙米醋 1 大勺 1 Tbsp Brown Rice Vinegar
枫糖浆 1 小勺 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
苹果 1 个(1/3 个切条,剩下的磨成泥)
One Apple(Cut 1/3 into stripes, then grated the rest into puree)
韩式辣椒面 1 大勺 1Tbsp Korean Chili Powder
香菜 2 大勺 2 Tbsp Coriander
香油 1.5 大勺 1.5 Tbsp Sesame Oil
盐 适量 Salt
Tips:I used apple to replace sweeter. Different apples have different sweetness, so adjusting the sweetness and sourness according to your taste, you can also add some maple syrup or sugar accordingly.
我用苹果代替了甜味部分,因为不同苹果甜度不同,所以根据口味调整一下酸甜度,根据情况加点枫糖浆或糖
