The weather is getting colder and colder, and one pot dish have become a frequent guest on my table. I recently discovered love for this Shacha sauce radish stew. It is very simple and fast to make, great for one to eat after a long day of work. I bought 5 pounds of fresh soybeans some time ago and froze them. Fresh soybeans is great for stews.
天气越来越冷了,砂锅菜成了餐桌上的常客,最近很爱这道沙茶萝卜煲,非常简单快速,很适合下班一人食,前段时间在一个婆婆那里买了5斤鲜黄豆,冷冻在冰箱,做炖菜真的很好吃,沙茶酱炖的萝卜汤汁拌饭也特别好吃,鲜美又浓郁!

Ingredients/食材:
白萝卜 1根 One White Radish
鲜腐竹 50g Fresh Yuba
鲜黄豆 40g(或干黄豆泡发)Fresh Soybeans(or Soaked Dry Soybeans)
香菜 适量 Corianders
生姜 几片 A Few Slices of Ginger
干香菇 3朵 3 Dried Shiitake Mushroom
小米辣 1个 1 Tabasco Pepper
香菇水 500ml Water That Soaked Mushrooms

调味料/Seasonings:
纯素沙茶酱 1大匙 1 Tbsp Vegan Shacha Sauce
生抽 1大匙 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
胡椒粉 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
盐巴 适量 Salt

Tips:
1. Leave the fresh picked radish under the sun for 2 to 3 hours, and the spiciness and other unpleasant flavors will be gone.
鲜采的白萝卜切块后可以在太阳下晒2-3个小时,它的辣味和涩味会消失,与此同时鲜味会得到浓缩,你会发现它更好吃了
2.You can use radish skin to make pickle.
削下来的萝卜皮可以单独用来做泡菜
