In this segment, one of the self-proclaimed "Kia Boys" who police connected to at least 13 stolen vehicles pleaded not guilty in court Monday, and his bail was set at $100,000.
Saylen Kelly, 18, was arrested by Seattle police in early January near his home in the city's South Park neighborhood. According to court documents, Kelly is believed to have helped steal dozens of cars between October 2023 and January 2024, 12 of which were either Hyundais or Kias.
