Homemade mustard recipe from seeds -
1/4 cup yellow mustard seeds
1/4 cup brown mustard seeds
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
1/2 cup white distilled vinegar
Place the seeds in a bowl and cover with water. Soak for two days on a counter. Cover the bowl.
After two days - drain the seeds and place in a blender. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Store in the fridge, in a closed container, for up to six months.
