Questo polpettone è cotto al forno, ma vi posso garantire che rimane morbido e succoso come non vi aspettereste mai, e super saporito!

600 g di carne macinata mista
3 uova (medie)
120 g di prosciutto cotto
1 zucchina (media)
6 cucchiai di pangrattato (circa)
6 cucchiai di parmigiano grattugiato
1 cucchiaino di noce moscata
q.b. di sale
q.b. di pepe
