Sakura Cherry Blossom 🌸 Agar-agar Recipe | 樱花燕菜食谱

I have been wanting to make Sakura Cherry Blossom Jelly. Finally found the time to try and test the flavours that go well with it. I find that yogurt taste good with Sakura Cherry Blossom.

Ingredients:
Base white layer:
3 grams agar-agar powder

30 grams sugar
220 ml water, room temperature
80 ml yogurt drink, room temperature

Top layer:
7 grams instant jelly

60 grams caster sugar (if you like it sweet, use 110 grams)
