The recipe is in the description below
If you want to know more about how to make red bean paste,
check out my video on how to make flower glutinous rice balls
I'll leave a link in the description below
First, divide the red bean paste into even pieces
Then, roll it into a ball
Set it aside in the fridge
Cut a few pieces of red cabbage
Then, boil it in water
Once the water is boiling,
set it aside in the fridge
Sift 2 types of flour onto the table
Make a well in the middle
Then, add in sugar
Then, add in the red cabbage water
Mix it together
Once it's mixed together, add in the lard
Knead it into a dough
Until it's smooth
Cover it and let it sit for 30 minutes
While it's sitting,
let's make the oil dough
Sift flour onto the table
Add in lard
Knead it into a dough
Cover it and set it aside in the fridge
Let it sit for 30 minutes
Once it's sitting,
divide the oil dough and water dough into even pieces
Then, wrap the oil dough into the water dough
Then, roll it into a ball
Roll it a bit longer
Press it flat and roll it thin
Then, roll it up
Just like in the video
After rolling it up, repeat the same steps
Just like in the video
Press it flat
Then, flip it over and roll it thin
Cut it into a disc
Now, you can wrap it in red bean filling
After wrapping it, close it up
Fold it up
Use a thin knife to cut it into 8 pieces
Try not to cut it too deep
Now, you can fry it at 100°C
At first, when you put it in, it's not too cold
Don't rush
It will start to bloom
If it's not too cold,
scoop up the oil and wait for it to bloom
Once it blooms, slowly increase the heat
Push it out
Scoop it up and let it cool
It will be more fluffy
As for the color,
I failed this time
So, you can skip the red bean filling
Wow, the flowers are so pretty
I can't wait to eat them
