All'interno di questo video ti insegnerò a fare gli auguri a qualcuno in spagnolo a seconda delle occasioni che ti si presenteranno: Auguri di compleanno, auguri di buone feste, auguri di buon viaggio oppure scoprirai insieme a me come si fa un brindisi in lingua spagnola. Se conosci altri modi per fare gli auguri spagnolo non esitare a scrivere nei commenti, sono curioso anche io di scoprire nuovi modi per augurare qualcosa qualcuno!

Hola chicos! Welcome to my YouTube channel!
Hi guys and welcome to my YouTube channel!
My name is Julia
and in today's video I would like to teach you 10 and more ways to wish someone a happy birthday
on different occasions, when you make a toast, when there is a birthday,
when there is a graduation, when a child is born, when you go on vacation...
In short, what are the various sentences that we can use to wish someone a happy birthday
in different moments of their life?
Let's find out together in this video!
Before starting, as always, a few very important requests for me.
The first one.
Subscribe to this channel if you haven't already.
Come to my Instagram page, I listen to YouUnderscore Milan
and find out in the description of this video my video courses
because if you really are on this channel because you want to improve your Spanish,
over the years I have built video courses that accompany you step by step
to the discovery of this wonderful language.
And now I would say that everything is ready to start discovering which sentences I have thought for you.
Let's start with the wish, let's say, that you make to toast,
at the top you see that there is the title,
and we have a tu salud.
A tu salud means to your health, as you can guess.
And it's not the only way you can make our cin cin.
So let's say that in Italian we also say a la salute, a la tua salute.
We can also simply say salute.
Ok?
So to toast I propose to you both a tu salute and salute.
So salute without a tu in front.
And I thought it was necessary to tell you a very nice little sentence
that they often say in Spain when you are about to toast.
And they with the glass in hand, which I took for the occasion, I hope I don't fall,
they say, arrives, down, in the middle, inside.
And they literally send me down.
In alto arriva, abajo, in basso, al centro, e poi all'indentro,
so inside the belly, to drink it.
And so, in addition to saying salud or a tu salud,
we can also simply say this sentence, let's say,
they all say it in chorus.
Arriva abajo, adentro.
Yes, I'll do it again.
Arriva abajo, al centro, adentro.
Did you know?
Let's continue.
When someone goes on a trip.
We can say the classic
Buen viaje.
That is, have a good trip.
With these two people who are greeting from the train
and are about to leave for a trip.
Or when the holidays begin,
when the holidays begin,
you say Buenas vacaciones.
And why did I put an exclamation point next to the translation of Buona vacanza, Buone vacanze?
Because in reality, the word vacaciones
in Spanish is always plural,
but it can also simply mean vacation.
So, when the holidays begin,
it would be when the vacation begins.
So, here I wanted to put children who start their summer holidays,
but the word vacation in the singular does not exist in Spanish.
So we find it exclusively in the plural Buenas vacaciones.
After that, when something can go wrong,
that is, it could go wrong,
you can wish someone good luck.
With, let's say, in front of the word suerte,
which is the translation of fortune,
or the adjective Buena, Buena suerte,
or Mucha suerte,
or simply also suerte.
With these, let's say, wishes,
we can say these wishes
to someone who is about to accomplish something.
They are not superstitious like in Italy,
so I can say Mucha suerte or simply suerte
to someone before the latter does and accomplishes something.
After that, this is a bit of a particular wish, let's say.
When someone sneezes,
when someone sneezes,
you can say salud, which means health,
but we can also say,
as I had shown you in some shorts here on YouTube,
we can say Jesús.
Jesús means Jesus, but it means health.
So salud we can say both to toast
and to wish someone good health
if maybe they are sneezing.
Or the most common of the wishes
is made to someone who has just sneezed,
it is simply said Jesús,
which is still translated as health.
Then we have, when it is Christmas,
when it is Christmas,
we can say Feliz Navidad,
or Buon Natale.
Felizes Navidades also exists as a wish,
but it means the whole Christmas period,
so you could want to pluralize, in quotation marks,
the word Navidad and the adjective Feliz
with Felices Navidades,
meaning longer holidays.
Or, in addition to Felices Navidades,
we can have Felices Fiestas,
in general Buone Feste, Felici Feste,
so I wrote here when it is Christmas,
but you also know very well, like me,
that when in Italy Christmas is celebrated,
shortly after there is New Year's Eve,
then there is Epiphany,
so let's say they are more generic holidays,
usually the holiday period is a bit like that.
And then we have the Noche Vieja,
Noche Vieja is the last night of the year,
so the oldest night, literally,
and it is New Year's Eve,
or rather the last of the year.
You can wish someone
Prospero Agno Nuovo,
literally Prospero Agno Nuovo,
Happy New Year,
and that next year is prosperous,
so rich in adventurous things,
in beautiful things.
And always to talk about beautiful things,
even if not everyone likes them,
when you make the years,
when it is someone's birthday,
I also make you notice that the word
Cumpleaños,
although there is the definite article,
singular in front,
the Cumpleaños,
Cumpleaños,
Cumpleaños is always plural,
and precisely for this reason,
the wish is made by saying
Feliz Cumple,
abbreviating to save money,
or also Feliz Cumpleaños,
because in fact the years are made,
that is, if one is made,
but usually there is more than one
when you start making the birthday.
And so,
Happy Birthday,
Feliz Cumple,
or Feliz Cumpleaños.
Alternatively,
you can also propose
Muchas Felicidades,
or simply Felicidades.
And for this purpose,
I wanted to make a small distinction.
When we have a wish,
here a wish,
I was wrong to read a general wish,
generic,
we can simply say
Muchas Felicidades
to someone,
do you agree?
Always when it's his birthday,
that maybe when a baby is born,
or when he gets married,
we can say Happy Birthday
also in Italian,
no?
Do you agree?
We have wishes for a new baby,
wishes for your marriage,
but the thing I was interested in underlining
is that we have another type of wish,
which is a generic wish,
but which is usually made
for when you get something
in the field of work or study.
I'm talking about the expression
of the wish
Enhorabuena,
which literally translates
with congratulations,
congratulations.
And these,
let's say,
are some of the proposals,
and if it's a birthday,
which is not a goal,
let's say,
dictated by us,
by our effort,
by our efforts,
usually we say
Enhorabuena
for these occasions,
for a degree,
for when a baby is born,
because anyway
this is also
a nice accomplishment,
especially for the mother,
it's a nice effort,
for when you get married,
because it still means
that you have a relationship
that maybe
is a little bit going on,
for when you win a championship,
maybe a sports competition,
or a beauty contest,
or the Oscar, ok?
So let's say
that Enhorabuena
is perfect
to congratulate someone
for having accomplished
something in particular.
So,
here's a little bit explained
that I'm often asked
about the difference
between Felicidades
and Enhorabuena,
so let's say
some are interchangeable,
as I've already told you,
others, instead,
tend to be said
in more specific moments.
But,
in my opinion,
I made a general overview
of the main wishes,
if you know of others,
as always,
you know that you can
write me in the comments
and enrich this video
also for those
who, like you,
are watching this video
and who maybe
want to discover
new ways of saying
in Spanish
to wish someone
a happy birthday
on different occasions.
