2 Traditional Dish That Persians Cook in the New Year (Nowruz)

Hello friends.
We are two sisters who live in a village in the north of Iran. We enjoy making our food the old fashioned way.
Today's video is a combination of two old Iranian traditions and two traditional dishes that Iranians cook these days.
The first dish is (Sabzi Polo Ba Mahi) herbs pilaf with fried fish, which we Iranians cook on New Year's Day.
And the second dish is a traditional dish called Reshteh Polo, which is cooked in an old tradition called Cheharban Suri.
