Pudding is a traditional British food. It evolved from ancient times to represent the "segment of cloth" mixed with blood sausage. Today the pudding made of eggs, flour and milk is taught by the Saxons. In medieval monasteries, the "mixture of fruit and oatmeal" was called "pudding." The official appearance of this pudding was in the 16th century Elizabeth I. It was made with gravy, fruit juice, dried fruit and flour. 17th and 18th century puddings were made from eggs, milk and flour.
This pudding just used egg whites , milk and sugar to make. That’s very simple, delicious, healthy and easy to make. Try it!
Recipe:
300g milk
50g sugar
160g egg whites
300g牛奶
50g糖
160g蛋白
Bake in oven(lower middle) preheated to 240℃(464ºF) for 18min,after turn off oven 20 min take it out
240℃(464ºF)(中下層)烤18分钟,关炉20分钟后出炉
