Mascarpone cheese is used as the main material, and finger biscuits are used to replace traditional dessert sponge cakes, and other materials such as coffee and cocoa powder are added. The texture changes in the mouth when it is fragrant, smooth, sweet, greasy, and soft. The taste is not blindly sweet.

240g 35% cream
