Recipe: (8in round cake pan)
150g vegetable oil
220g brown sugar
100g unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extra
4 eggs(room temperature)
200g all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 tsps ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
80g cooked walnut
180g shredded carrot

成份:(8寸圓蛋糕模)
150g 菜油
220g 棕糖
100g無糖蘋果醬
1/4茶匙鹽
1茶匙香草精
4個雞蛋(室溫)
200g麵粉
1 1/2茶匙泡打粉
3/4茶匙蘇打粉
1茶匙薑粉
1 1/2茶匙玉桂粉
1/4茶匙肉荳蔻粉
1/4茶匙丁香粉
80g烤熟的核桃
180g胡蘿蔔碎

Bake in oven(lower middle) preheated to 180℃(356ºF) for 45- 50min
在预热好180℃(356ºF)炉内(中下層)烤45-50分钟
