Ingredients:
Blueberries, strawberries, banana, walnut, mixture of ground flax seed and chia seed, some cacao nibs, unsweetened almond milk.
Instruction:
- Put half of blueberries in a bowl.
- Cut strawberries into three parts. If you like strawberries, you could add more.
- Peel skin of banana, then cut it into small pieces.
- Put some walnuts in the bowl.
- Add a tablespoon of flax and chia seed, next add some cacao nibs.
- Pour half a cup to a cup of almond milk.
- Mix all things in the bowl.
