
How to make nutritious Fruit Juice- Jamu drink from Java Indonesia

Ingredients:
Citrus, Ginger, Turmeric, Lime, Rapadura sugar, Black pepper
Steps
(1) Wash, peel the fruit. Slice turmeric. Put it all into a processor and don’t overload.
(2) Pour a glass of water into the processor.
(3) Put the ground pepper into the processor and blend the mixture.
(4) Take a large bowl and put a produce bag into the bowl. Pour the juice into the produce bag, squeeze the bag to get the juice and spice extract.
(5) Get a jar. Pour a cup of coconut sugar into the jar. Pour two cups of hot water into the jar. Stir the mixture to get honeyish sirrup.
(6) Pour the coconut sugar stirrup into the bowl of the juice. Then pour the mixture into a jug with a good pouring lid.
(7) Pour the juice from the jug into a nice glass jar. Put the drink into the fridge and serve it cold.
