Steps
1. Put plenty of steamed or boiled cauliflower into a blender.
2. Pour plant-based milk into a blender.
3. Add some nutritional yeast, garlic powder, vegan butter and salt. Then blend the mixture.
4. Slice eggplant horizontally into strips.
5. Pour olive oil into a hot pan and lay the pieces of eggplant in.
6. Add some soy sauce on the pieces.
7. Take a large tray and add a little bit of tomato sauce. Put sheets on tomato sauce and continue sauce.
8. Put some eggplant strips next to add cheese sauce and repeat this step.
9. Cover with tinfoil and put it in the oven.
