"Celebrating Falun Dafa Day" - #worldfalundafaday

I wrote this song for the celebration of World Falun Dafa Day 2025, a day where Falun Dafa practitioners from all over the world celebrate the day in 1992 when the spreading of Dafa, ”The Great Law”, began in China, and has since then spread to over 100 countries.


When composing it, I drew inspiration from two poems in a poem collection titled Hong Yin III, written by the founder of Falun Dafa, Mr. Li Hongzhi. I envisioned children entering this Sacred Realm, singing and dancing, joined by celestial beings who play heavenly music, to praise the Creator.

The theme of children’s innocence and their closeness to the Divine resonates deeply in both Eastern and Western traditions, where children are often portrayed as embodiments of spiritual purity, suggesting an intimate connection to the divine or transcendent realms.

My heartfelt gratitude goes to James Tao 陶正信, Luchan Wang 王露嬋 and Aurelia Skorbach for such beautiful performances.


I also extend my warmest thanks to Yi Zhang for the poetic translation of the lyrics into Chinese, which elegantly captures their essence.
