Comment la police chinoise court-circuite la police française
Hello everyone.
Today's question in our show is
how does the Chinese police
persecute the French police?
What is the real danger?
If you love freedom and justice,
you have to watch this show live.
We are going to dive into a hot topic
that concerns each of us.
The danger to our freedoms
and human rights
represented by the presence
of the Chinese police in France
and the harmful influence
of the Confucius Institutes.
Thanks to a guest
who has done several years of research
on the subject, Brigitte Guirault.
Hello Brigitte.
Hello.
From the Citizens' Initiative Association,
you will be able to discern
the true from the false.
We hear a bit of everything
that has been said on the subject.
Why watch this video
and watch it until the end?
So that you can understand
in a precise and factual way
the real and fundamental threats
that affect our fundamental rights
and for us and for the refugees
who are in Falun Gong, Uyghur,
Tibetans, Hungarians,
all those who are persecuted in China
and all the threats to them.
So that you can act
to preserve your rights
and your freedoms
for the French people.
So why does our Falun Info team
focus on this subject?
According to a report
by the French military school IRCEM,
the Chinese regime exports
the persecution of Falun Gong abroad.
They have reported
24 forms of persecution,
24, it's huge,
as you can imagine,
it takes many very varied forms.
Falun Gong has been persecuted
in China for 24 years.
All this is documented
by our volunteers
on Falun Info France.
We focus on Falun Gong
but we also talk about other
persecuted groups
because it's always the same methods
and our common enemy
is the Chinese communist regime.
So we are well placed
with these 24 forms of persecution
as you can imagine
to measure the extent of the danger.
Brigitte Guirault
from the Citizens' Democratic Association
studied in depth
the presence of the Chinese police
on our soil,
the close links between the French
and the Chinese authoritarian regime
as well as
the real intentions behind
the persecution.
When we talk about the Chinese police
do we mean Chinese men
with hairpins and scythes
like in China?
In this video
we will share with you
real facts about this intrusion
on the ground of the Chinese police
which is extraterritorial
according to the elected officials.
You will discover cases of illegal surveillance,
harassment, intimidation
carried out on Chinese dissidents
residing in our territory.
You will see that each of us
has a role to play in our country.
So stay until the end
so as not to miss
this precious information
some of which are unprecedented
that you will not find anywhere else
and which are revealed in advance.
As was the case last week
we had another guest,
a big international NGO
who revealed information in advance
on our channel, so we thank them.
Today it will be the case again.
It could help you
to change your perspective
on our society
and the means of action.
Brigitte Giraud, thank you
for answering the invitation.
To start this interview
you insisted on a point
when you prepared this show
which is the fact that
many things are done by Confucius Institutes.
What do you mean?
I mean that the installation
and implementation of Confucius Institutes
in the world, but we will talk about France
is a well-thought-out strategy
with the pretext
of teaching Chinese
through Confucius Institutes.
They claim
French alliances
and tell us it's the same thing.
We had
very important doubts
about this
similarity
between Confucius Institutes
and French alliances
and there are several things that bother us.
So we understood
and went to investigate
directly
in the Ministry
of Chinese Education,
in the Hanban,
which is the department
of Chinese education abroad.
We had access to the contracts,
we had access to all the conditions
for the installation of Confucius Institutes.
There is one thing that strikes,
Confucius Institutes are based in France,
for example, but the country
must participate financially
for the installation.
It's a parity,
sometimes important sums.
You mean the host country,
like France?
For example,
in Paris, we saw sums of 300,000 euros
paid for the installation of Confucius Institutes.
We saw sums of
150,000 euros
for other cities and provinces,
less important.
So with our information?
Of course.
These are the collectivities that pay,
the regions or the city hall
or the city,
it doesn't matter where it comes from,
but you have to participate.
So it's something that doesn't exist
at the level of French alliances.
For example, neither the Institut Goethe
nor the Cervantes, nor anything.
Other countries
self-finance their schools abroad.
This is a very important point
because often,
the true friends of China
are us,
the people who fight for rights in China,
but the false friends of China,
those who defend the Chinese communist regime,
say, you are enemies of China,
you say bad things about China,
look, the Confucius Institutes
are exactly like the French alliance,
the Goethe Institutes, etc.
But here,
you focus on a very important point,
which is that,
unlike the others,
the Confucius Institutes,
the Chinese regime,
it reminds me a little
of the story of the Chinese convict
who gets killed
with a bullet
that is paid by the family.
Yes, that's it.
The Chinese,
we have a bit of an equal expression,
but they don't lose the North,
if I dare say so.
They knock on the doors of our wallet,
they do it everywhere,
in all the regions,
it has been confirmed
by regional officials.
So, they ask their people
to go to the Confucius Institutes,
but there is something else
that is really very, very important.
What is France?
The dimensions of a Chinese province.
Yet there are 17 Confucius Institutes
in France,
French alliances,
French schools in China,
there is one in the Vatican.
So, why so many schools,
Confucius Institutes in France?
What is the real reason?
We would say,
you have to speak Chinese,
Chinese influence, etc.
So, we are going to talk
about Chinese teaching,
since it is normally
the main reason for the establishment
of Confucius Institutes,
and we studied the quality
of Chinese teaching
in Confucius Institutes.
There is this mediocre quality.
There are barriers for that.
You can go to our website,
you will see the complete study,
and you will see at the end
the barriers of quality of teaching.
The teaching of Chinese
in our French universities
is much more qualitative.
So, why 17 Confucius Institutes,
which are still quite expensive
at our level,
for teaching that is still
quite mediocre,
some calligraphy courses,
let's say,
is it worth 300,000 euros?
Is it worth all this money
for the Confucius Institutes?
It is true that I followed
your work, we met on
demonstrations,
and I heard
sums of 30,000 euros
in our region,
300,000 euros for the French region?
300,000 euros is the installation,
30,000 euros, 40,000 euros,
35,000 euros,
these are the subsidies that
come afterwards.
Here we really see the nature
of the Chinese communist regime.
Not only are they persecuting,
not only are they in total inequality,
as you will tell us later,
but in addition,
this is what we call perversity.
They make us pay
in order to be able
to commit all these crimes
that you are going to detail
on our own soil.
Yes, I think the communist regime
has no scruples.
They are people,
we have seen it in their functioning,
they have neither ethics nor scruples.
There have been attempts of interference,
especially in Lyon,
they tried to interfere
in the functioning of the university.
In Lyon, it led to the closure
of the Confucius Institute,
because the French university
refused to join
and this led to the closure
of the Confucius Institute.
But they have no scruples at all.
They arrive a little bit,
they function a bit like a bulldozer,
they settle down,
they give almost orders
to go to a foreign country,
which seems to us
extremely abusive.
But we can continue.
Yes, there is this teaching
of the Chinese that we have noticed
that it was relatively mediocre
of the very will of a director
of the Confucius Institute.
It is the same who told me.
So you see,
there are still inconsistencies.
But there are other inconsistencies.
We went into the contracts.
The contracts of the Confucius Institutes
are,
it struck us,
very restrictive.
They are very particular.
They do not look like any other
professional contract.
So there is discrimination.
We have seen discrimination
with the members of the Falun Gong
where it is written in black and white,
it was written in black and white
so that no professor
of the Confucius Institute
can practice the Falun Gong.
First discrimination.
We are in France
and in France we are very sensitive
to discrimination
of all kinds.
There is really a fight against discrimination.
But here we are faced with a case
of blatant discrimination.
It is written on the contracts.
I think there is a documentary
that was made on the subject.
There is a film that was created
in the name of Confucius
following the trial in Toronto.
Very brave demonstrators
who did something extraordinary.
They managed to shut down
the Confucius Institute of Toronto
precisely because of this discrimination.
It is legal in Canada.
The Confucius Institute of Toronto
had to close
because of this discrimination
of the Falun Gong.
As a result of this,
we saw that in the contracts
the Chinese Ministry of Education
removed this discriminatory clause.
It remains discriminatory
in the facts.
That is to say that a person
practicing Falun Gong
will never be hired
by the Confucius Institute.
This is what is called
a discrimination of facts.
In the real facts,
it continues.
But there is also something
extremely worrying
that is written
in the contracts
that the professors
must sign
when they are hired
by the Confucius Institute.
They must systematically
obey the will
of the Chinese government.
They must do everything
at their request,
even if it does not
fall within the framework
of the Chinese Ministry of Education.
This means
a lot of things.
They must obey
the will
of the Communist Party.
We can ask them
anything we want,
even if it does not
fall within the framework
of the Chinese Ministry of Education.
We will come back to infiltration.
I think it is important
to know this chronology.
It all started
with the Confucius Institute.
Each professor of the Confucius Institute
must report
to the Chinese Ministry of Education.
These people
must call
the ministry every evening
to report
their knowledge,
the links
they have forged
in the chosen country,
for example, France,
and they are given
a roadmap
to contact
certain associations
or institutions.
The infiltration
started like this
through the Confucius Institute.
Every day, the professors
must report
their contacts
with people
from the chosen country.
I don't know if you can imagine
a contract like this
in France.
We have known all this for a long time.
Did everything start in Toronto?
First of all,
and secondly,
were political measures
taken
to save ourselves?
Were there serious violations
of our freedoms,
of the law,
of the right to work?
Legal measures in Toronto
were taken.
Then, political measures
were taken in some countries.
Sweden closed
all Confucius Institutes.
They perfectly understood
what was behind the Confucius Institute.
The United States,
it depends on the states,
but several states closed
their Confucius Institutes.
In Brussels, as I told you,
they are still viable,
thanks to the Communist Party.
In Belgium,
there was the case
of the director of the Confucius Institute,
who was an intelligence agent
who recruited,
who spied for the Communist Party
in Brussels.
He was excluded
from the Schengen area
and sent back to China.
So, they are spies,
they are teachers,
they are whatever you want.
Political answers,
it depends on the country.
These are proven facts.
They are extremely serious facts.
It was mentioned in the NIRSEM report.
Senator Gattola
made a percentage report
on interference.
They brought it up to the Ministry
and brought it up to the government.
When you get to the highest level
of the state,
there is a blockade.
There are economic agreements.
So, we have to live
and bear this interference
for economic reasons.
This is where we disagree.
This is why we
broadcast this information regularly.
We denounce
what is really going on
in the Confucius Institutes.
I know you have been active
in this field for many years.
You are very active
on the Confucius Institutes.
This led you later
to the Chinese Extraterritorial Police
on the French soil
and the country.
You have a unique experience.
There are reports,
like the NIRSEM report
that we mentioned
of the French military school
with a report signed
by the President of the French Republic.
He gave his approval
for this report to be broadcast.
It is a very complete report,
very factual.
The subject I know,
the Falun Gong,
is factual and correct
in relation to all the information we have.
But you have an added value
in relation to work
like this,
and you face
certain obstacles.
We are acting
on the ground.
We have
held several demonstrations.
This means
a connection
and meetings with regional
officials, for example.
What is striking
is that no
regional official
rejects
what we
tell them.
They are perfectly aware
of what the Confucius Institutes
Several cities have rejected
the Confucius Institutes,
such as Bordeaux
and several other regions.
On the other hand,
we are still
facing
a fact,
which is the will of the State.
But there is an important difference
between what the regions
want and what comes
from above, at the level of the State.
They do not always agree
on things.
The regions tell me
that they take distance
from the Confucius Institutes.
Some reject the grants,
and we understand them very well.
Many grants have been rejected,
such as in Clermont-Ferrand,
or in Strasbourg.
They have been greatly reduced.
There are only three cities,
three academies,
that continue their grants
in an important way,
namely Pau, Poitiers
and the region of Brittany.
They continue to grant grants
to their institutions.
But indeed,
when the Confucius Institutes
wanted to settle in Pau,
they were rejected.
The condition is unacceptable.
Why do some accept them,
why do some not?
You mentioned Pau, Poitiers,
the region of Brittany,
which continues to grant grants
to the Confucius Institutes,
while the others have stopped.
Practically, the others have stopped.
In Strasbourg, it was €1,000.
In Montpellier,
it was €5,000.
It's still too much,
but it's not less.
In Brittany, it's €35,000.
In Angers, it's €41,000.
In Pau, it's €40,000.
There were scandals,
deputies opposed.
It would be better
in our universities
than in a foreign school.
It's a very corrupt country.
What strikes me
is that
when we talk about torture
in China,
organ trafficking, etc.,
we don't realise
how much we are facing
an even more violent,
dangerous, murderous regime
than Hitler's regime,
which is the absolute evil
for us in Europe.
Here, we are facing a regime
that has killed even more people
with whom we do business,
and now we are subverting
its espionage
on our territory.
How is this possible?
There are still a lot of people
in love with freedom in France
through our policies,
a lot of well-informed people,
maybe even better than us.
How is this possible?
I always ask this question
to my guests,
because we are facing
a regime of violence,
of impunity
that is difficult to measure.
Everyone knows this.
What you are saying
is that with our information,
they finance their espionage
work, or even worse.
How is this possible?
Do you have any clues?
There are brave people
who resist,
but there are also people
who collaborate,
despite everything.
I think that at the beginning
there was a great naivety
of our democracies.
David Lachim
may have believed
their beautiful words.
Now, in fact,
we can see that the Communist Party
wants to vampirize
all the countries
in which it settles.
It copies our structures,
it copies everything
it can copy.
It imports it into China
and then they have no business.
That's how it works.
I think there was a naivety
at the beginning of the States
and there was this famous
Chinese market for companies.
Big companies
wanted the Chinese market.
And in front of that,
it's true that we would say
that humanity no longer exists.
After having discussed
with representatives of the region,
some regional officials
would need a political response
to this, because companies
see their interest, but in the short term.
They don't see that the country
is sometimes completely
blinded by
this policy and its actions.
For the moment,
we need a political response.
For the moment,
it's still too early.
I noticed that
it was obvious
that with England,
the current Prime Minister
who had made the firm
of the Compuscus Institute
his horse of the size
and then came to power,
it is no longer up-to-date.
So it's at this level
that there is a problem.
Why? I don't have the answer.
So you don't have the answer
why? Do you have
answers? Because the goal
of our show
is, on the one hand, to bring you
verified information
from NGOs, associations,
investigations,
solid entities, factual,
non-political most of the time,
so disinterested.
And on the other hand, our goal
is also to bring you solutions,
advice,
encouragements to act.
What would be your advice
to all the people watching us?
You are many, I see you,
it's a pleasure,
and I encourage you to stay until the end
because we will distill
information at the same time,
but also, would you have
some advice right away
to make things change?
We can see that, as you explained,
there are two levels.
Local policies
are, most of the time,
full of will
and see that there is a problem,
but at the top, it gets stuck.
Even some that are higher level,
like the British Prime Minister
that you mentioned,
you shut them down, and so on.
Finally,
it's not up-to-date.
So what can we do to our
small level, which is far from being a small level
when we know the power of social media?
What would be your advice?
I think that there is only one thing
that can make things change,
and that is information.
Spread the information.
I would say,
make demonstrations, protest.
We are the people,
democracy is the people.
Why do we
start this battle?
We are the people,
quite simply.
We defend democracy.
We think that democracy
is in danger
with the influence of a totalitarian country
like China.
It worries us a lot.
It worries us for our future generations.
And we started
this battle,
but everyone can lead this battle
at their level.
But you have to be aware,
and for that, you have to get informed.
It is our duty to inform
the population, to be aware
of the danger.
For example, China, which is a danger
that many people perceive.
China is far, but no, it is not far.
17 confucius institutes in France,
it is a spider's web.
It is woven, quite simply.
I say that because
Senator Gattona talked about
weaving, and he is right.
There are 4,000 associations
linked to China
that infiltrate
a little bit everywhere.
They are even infiltrated in the small sports club
of the small town, the rugby club,
Aviron.
They are everywhere.
I don't know if you measure this infiltration.
We find them, some Chinese,
in the municipal council
of some cities.
Some Chinese do it in the municipal council
of India.
So it is an infiltration
incited,
very well calculated,
very well managed.
I am not at all surprised
about the arrival of these police offices
because it is part
of the same movement.
Precisely, this was my next question.
This is the main subject
of today's show,
but we still wanted to come back
to the origin
of these police stations.
You explained that the confucius institutes
served
the establishment of this police.
What do you mean?
What are we talking about exactly?
Because we heard a lot of things.
It started in October 2022,
at the end of last year.
There were a lot of press articles.
We didn't really know what we were talking about.
We imagined ourselves as men in kepi.
When does it start?
What are we talking about precisely?
Personally, I heard about it
for the first time
through my contacts
with the region.
When I was asked the question,
I was told that
it was the intelligence services
who alerted me first.
I was asked
if I had any information
about the confucius institutes
that were suspected
of simply
surveilling their Chinese students,
the students of the family.
Through the confucius institutes,
some Chinese who enrolled
in the confucius institutes
so that they could continue
to learn Chinese,
speak Chinese, etc.
They were actually
surveilled by the teachers.
It was a suspicion.
I'm talking about
the French intelligence services.
It's not just any case.
Personally,
I was asked about this.
It is very difficult
to learn about these things
because these people,
these confucius institutes,
do not speak Chinese.
The first time I heard
about this surveillance
of the Chinese diaspora
was through the confucius institutes.
Then we had the report
by Safeguard Defender
that conducted an investigation
and found that there were
police stations
installed in many countries
around the world.
These police stations
aim to repatriate
Chinese people
from the Chinese diaspora
who are justifiable
in China.
Who is justifiable
It's very easy to be justifiable
in China.
One of the first scandals
was with the Uyghurs.
They tried to bring the Uyghurs
back to China,
but I doubt that the Falun Gong
is the same thing.
Everything that is linked
to activists for democracy,
Hong Kong,
maybe Taiwan,
all these people are targeted
by these police stations
in China.
So I got interested
a little later.
Through the confucius institutes,
I thought it was relatively
easy because they have a lot of
information through the students
They can observe them,
they can question them.
And we learned
that in a country,
to extradite someone to another country,
there are agreements between the countries,
France, for example, and China.
Extradition agreements
that are very precise.
But the Communist Party
is above all that
because they only know one thing,
intimidation.
So we put pressure, we intimidate
people, but above all,
the worst is that they
use the Falun Gong
that remained in China.
And they threaten through the Falun Gong
that remained in China.
If this person does not return to China,
the Falun Gong in China will have problems.
Important problems.
So this is how the pressure
is exerted by these
police stations.
Through these police stations,
but more insidiously,
what I learned
thanks to my friends in England,
it is through the Confucius Institutes.
So you see,
everything is put in place.
Why so many Confucius Institutes?
Why have we exported all these Confucius Institutes
in the world?
It is also the
glasses of the Communist Party
in foreign countries to
survive its diaspora.
The Chinese must know
that the foreigners
are under the surveillance
of the Communist Party
and they must be repatriated
to their homeland.
I had heard
about the case
of slavery at the embassy
in China. Does that tell you anything?
Do you remember this story?
Yes.
There is a case that we have
very little heard about
in the media,
in a scandalous case,
but absolutely scandalous.
Indeed,
the Chinese embassy
had a construction site in Paris
in an apartment building
and they used
slaves
because
they used Chinese
who had absolutely
no right to leave the site,
who slept on the same floor
as the site,
and that the embassy
paid them once in a while.
They were packed
in small cells,
very narrow, to sleep on the same floor,
very poorly fed
and almost unpaid.
There was probably
a denunciation
and the Labor Inspection
arrived on this site.
The Chinese embassy
showed
how the Chinese
considered
their own rights.
How dare they do that
on French soil?
Technically, the Chinese embassy
is Chinese soil.
Technically, the Chinese embassy
is Chinese soil,
but we were not in the embassy,
we were in a building in Paris,
so not at all on Chinese soil.
I'm telling you, these people
have no scruples.
That's what's frightening about them.
They are at home everywhere
and they don't hesitate
to let others know.
Yes, that's it.
It's impudence, impunity,
a feeling of impunity.
We see a lot of this in Africa
where they use
both Chinese slaves,
prisoners,
which they export to Africa
for big work.
They also exploit
local populations,
Africans, on these sites.
We are in the heart of Paris.
It's incredible.
Did you publish this
on your website
or can we find the information
to spread it?
I reported it on my website.
I reported it
on my social networks.
It only appeared
in one newspaper, Le Canard Enchaîné.
They are the ones
who released the information.
Nobody took the role.
Le Canard Enchaîné,
I think they are only on paper,
aren't they?
They are only on paper.
Did the news circulate
on the web thanks to you?
You published it on Twitter.
These are my contacts
who alerted me.
I published it
on Instagram.
Those who follow me
on Instagram will have seen it.
I published it
on my social networks
but I'm afraid
that nobody
took the role.
I take this opportunity
to encourage all those
who are watching us
and who will watch us
after the show
to sign up
on all the social networks
of Initiative Citoyenne,
Brigitte Guirault,
on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.
You see, by being a subscriber
to this kind of accounts,
you can have access
to unedited information
that escapes
journalists.
At that time,
there was more information
on the news.
I don't know
what other hot,
priority news.
The problem
in journalism
is that once it's over,
it's too late
and we don't talk about it anymore.
It's a shame.
I'm not a journalist.
I like to share information
that escapes us
and is fundamental
to understand
the degree of
danger of this regime
on our soil.
We don't imagine what it is
in China, but if they dare
to do that on our soil,
we have to imagine what it is
in China, even if it's
very difficult to imagine.
I still remember this sentence.
I don't know the author,
but he said,
there is a kind of incapacity
of the human being
to imagine what absolute evil is.
Here,
we see what
the Chinese regime does
to its own people,
most of the innocents,
whether it's the Falun Gong,
the Uyghurs, the Tibetans,
the Hong Kongers,
the degree of pressure they put on Taiwan.
In general, the Chinese population,
the permanent surveillance,
the pressures,
the injustices, the corruption,
they kill without scruples
and have no comparison.
When we see that,
it escapes us.
I didn't even talk about organ trafficking.
Organ trafficking is something
that is impossible to imagine
for a normal person.
Moreover, the Chinese regime
takes advantage of this,
because I have already heard,
unfortunately,
a journalist from a major French media
say,
no, it's not possible,
it's too big,
doctors would never do that.
So basically,
he pushes all this information
under the carpet,
saying it's not possible.
Unfortunately,
some journalists,
biologists,
are close to the Chinese regime
and will relay information
that comes directly from the Chinese regime
that uses a flaw
of our humanity,
of our human spirit,
which is the fact that it's not possible.
It's like when the Jews were massacred,
many said,
it's not possible,
it goes beyond understanding.
So it continues,
and it's because of this kind of idea,
among others,
that this kind of massacre
can continue,
even though it's the height of horror.
But it's difficult to explain.
As you say,
what they dare to do
in the heart of Paris,
with slaves in a big French building,
how is it possible?
We have a kind of naivety,
when we are nice,
we say naivety,
which makes it impossible.
We don't really care,
because it's too big to be true.
What I found interesting
in your work
is that you identified,
you worked on three layers
of partnerships,
if I understood correctly,
and you identified two political currents
at two different levels.
Can you tell us more?
Yes, I did an investigation
on partnerships
between the regions
and China.
Indeed,
there are both
regions and states.
And that's where I saw
the two currents.
You have to understand
what the COVID outbreak was.
With COVID-19,
the regions
know
that China is
responsible.
They have
carried out very serious
They followed the subject
to a degree that the public
may not necessarily
have access to.
And they told me
that they know very well
that COVID is China.
So there was a step back
towards China.
Some regions ceased
very important
economic and human partnerships.
And I applaud
because they told me
that they had fallen
extremely important
to return to
a European economy,
a French
and European economy.
We focus on our capacities
and our resources.
And several regions did the same.
And then you have
regions
that have no choice
because there is an intervention
at the level of the state.
So we have to do
what we decided
to do.
We had the installation
of Huawei's workforce
in Strasbourg.
How can we not understand
that Strasbourg is at the door
of Europe?
Huawei is suspected
of interference.
Huawei is considered
a very dangerous company
in terms of infiltration.
And we are at Huawei
in Strasbourg,
next to the European Parliament.
Sorry, I already removed my microphone.
It's in Brumann.
It's a military site of memory.
I was there when you organized
this demonstration with many associations.
In the end, it was done.
Yet the regional president
listened to your arguments.
The regional president
listened to our arguments.
One reason
is that Strasbourg
is the east of France.
It's a concentration camp.
During the Second World War,
they had it next to their home.
They had German occupations
and were the first hostages.
All the east of France
are resistance fighters.
All of them.
It's a region of resistance.
I'm talking about the genocide
of Lido, recognized
by our National Assembly.
I understood
that they were not involved
in the project,
on an ethical level.
But they didn't have a choice.
An official answer
was decided at the highest level
despite some deputies
who stood up
and fought
for the recognition
of the genocide of Lido.
They stood up
against this project.
There are two currents.
It's surprising.
Huawei is
the pawn
and the armed arm
of the Chinese regime.
Some might think
that's not true.
How can you explain
that it happened
on a military site?
It's not on a military site.
It's not very far
from our military installations.
I was told that the military
would protect themselves.
I believe so.
But still.
You could answer
that it's a national
security issue.
Yes.
I agree.
When you see
high-tech techniques
deployed by China,
it's not reassuring
and not convincing.
You also talked
about hospitals.
It's interesting
because we invited
ONG ETAC,
which includes
lawyers and
university students
who fight against
forced organ transplants in China.
The French director
managed to
expel
a Chinese doctor
who was directly linked
to these forced organ transplants
in China.
We talked about it
last week.
It was a scoop
that was revealed
on our channel.
She talked about hospitals
that have partnerships
with China
and want to continue
even though they know
what's happening in France.
Do you have any
interesting information
about why some resist
and others don't
in France?
When we did our survey
on partnerships
between Beijing and China,
we had three axes.
We also had hospitals
and economic partnerships.
We wanted
to know
how many hospitals
had partnerships
with Chinese hospitals.
There were many.
I reveal
all these partnerships
in my survey
on the website
of the Citizens' Initiative.
Then we checked.
These partnerships
were well-signed,
but many of them were abandoned.
Especially Leighton
abandoned his partnership
with Chinese hospitals.
In Grenoble,
several hospitals
abandoned their partnerships
for a long time.
Most hospitals
abandoned
their partnerships
with China.
We understand
this because
these organ transplants
are not widely spread.
Hospitals have this information.
I can tell you
for sure,
because I talked
with directors
and assistants
of hospitals.
They know very well
that there are
perfectly illegal
organ transplants in China.
They realized
that China became a partner
of these criminal actions.
Many hospitals
gave them justice
by abandoning
their partnerships.
It was not worth it.
It continues.
Some of them continue.
It is more disturbing.
I don't know
if you want to reveal it,
but there is one
in particular that has persisted.
I give you
the freedom to cite
the city or not.
In your opinion,
why did it persist
with a criminal
mafia
as notorious
as the Chinese regime?
You have to ask them the question.
It is the hospital
of Nancy
that trains
transplant surgeons.
They can always tell you
that the goal is not
to achieve a criminal state.
You must not dream.
Among the surgeons
who will train,
some will commit
these criminal transplants.
I don't believe
that we don't know.
They can hide
behind this argument.
It doesn't work for me
when we know
the extent
of these crimes in China.
You say it is the hospital
of Nancy.
Some of the information
is solid enough
to advance this.
We say this
in our show
not to denounce
or point the finger,
but rather to encourage
these people
to make a good decision
and place themselves
in the right camp.
History will judge
all our actions.
It is the hospital
that must deal with China.
You are on the frontline.
You have the choice
to make a choice.
For you, first,
and for all the innocents
who will be victims of this trafficking.
Again, it is hard to explain.
We will receive other guests,
including doctors
who investigated
organ trafficking in China.
We invite you
to subscribe
to our channel,
because we will
regularly receive
guests from
other countries,
people who know
what they are talking about,
who investigated,
who spoke with
direct representatives
and who bring you
information you may not see
in the media.
You can broadcast them
and participate with us
in this movement
of peaceful resistance
to this Chinese criminal regime
which,
despite committing crimes in China,
also commits them
in our free countries.
This is even more disturbing.
We are fighting
for the Chinese
over there, who are prisoners.
We have the president of the
Falun Gong Association in France.
China is a big prison.
All those who live there
are in prison.
We are also fighting for these refugees
who are in France.
The Falun Gong, the Uyghurs,
the Tibetans, all these refugees
who are, in theory,
protected by
asylum rights in France,
but who are actually
monitored by
the Chinese embassy.
All the members
of this group,
especially the Chinese police,
as we talked about today,
are in danger.
Their family in China
is in danger because they are
monitored here.
As you just explained,
their method is to threaten
the family in China.
This is very effective.
They know it because
we are all attached to our family.
If our family is in danger,
we will, most of the time,
back off.
There are brave people,
I know some of them,
who, despite this threat,
continue to engage.
I remember the queen of beauty
from Canada,
of Chinese origin,
Anastasia Lin,
whose family was under pressure
in China, and despite everything,
she continued her fight.
This is all the more admirable.
We must encourage
these people to speak up
because it is rare.
We can't throw stones at those who help
because they want to protect
their family.
What is happening is
that this is exactly what
the Chinese regime wants.
This is how it obtains the status quo
we are in today.
Crimes are committed
every moment in China
and we do almost nothing.
Even on our French soil,
we would be able to act
by cancelling partnerships
with China,
even if sometimes
we don't do it.
This is why I would like
to conclude this show.
We are at 50 minutes.
Thank you very much for staying
until the end.
I would like to invite you
to share this show.
It can be a first action.
A second action can be
to sign our petition on faloninfo.fr.
You have the link
just below.
You will have it in all the videos
on our Facebook page.
If you like Facebook,
subscribe to our Facebook page
Faloninfo France.
Visit Brigitte Guirault's website
called Initiatives Citoyennes.
I put the link here
because it contains
a lot of information
that you can share
on social media.
You have seen that
Brigitte Guirault,
through her field investigations,
has been able to update
information that is not
broadcast in the press
for better or for worse.
By supporting us
on associations like ours,
you will see
that all the guests
will see
that you can be an effective
actor in this
peaceful fight.
Faloninfo, as you know,
is a peaceful method.
In China, our friends,
our homologues,
always resist this regime
in a peaceful way.
A journalist
from L'Obs,
Priscilla Gauthier,
compared the Falun Gong
to the creatures of the catacombs
that were persecuted by Emperor
Nero in Ancient Rome.
They have an incredible courage
and even more so
because their methods are
totally peaceful.
In front of the policemen
who torture them,
they remain peaceful.
We don't talk about it enough
and what I encourage you to do
is to do like them.
You can have different methods
and of course
we are free here.
What we are doing
is peaceful actions.
Spread the information,
talk around you.
There are other methods
that are more spectacular
and all of them are good
in front of a regime like the one
of the Chinese regime.
We encourage you to take action.
Every signature
of a petition,
you can't imagine
how heavy it can be.
As the famous
Jean-Luc Leperson said,
a post on social media,
you can't imagine
how far it can go,
who it can reach.
So don't underestimate
the slightest action you want to take.
Do it now, I'm talking to you.
Click on like,
send a message to a friend,
go on our website,
if you like Instagram,
go on Instagram,
we have a lot of information
with images, links,
texts that are very
striking,
that you can just share.
Don't underestimate
each of your actions.
We see it on the demonstrations,
I met a lot of young French people,
of all origins by the way,
who are very active
alongside, for example,
the European MP Raphaël Luxmann.
These young people are very motivated.
They are all on Instagram
and
they are
taking their time.
They go to the places of demonstrations,
that's how they got to know us,
and all they need
is raw information.
Your friends too,
just give them a simple raw information,
like today's video,
we help you
to discern the truth from the false,
as we speak of Chinese police on the French soil.
This is verified information,
factual,
you can share it with your eyes closed,
and it has a lot of weight.
Don't underestimate that,
all your friends will see it,
it will fill their eyes,
if they are insensitive, one day they will react,
they will want to do like you,
to be interested.
You are always online to follow us,
because you are motivated,
you know it's important,
you are already clear on the subject,
and you want to complete your information.
I have spoken too much,
I would like to leave the word of the end
to my guest Brigitte Guirault.
What would you like to add to conclude?
I would like to add
that what I wish
is that we become aware
of what is really
the communist regime.
Recently,
I met French-Chinese
who came to France
and told me
about China.
And through their testimonies,
I saw people
extremely
sad
to see what this country has become.
And we see
that the Communist Party
leads its people to a kind of despair,
to a kind of resignation.
Under the influence
of a totalitarianism
that is complete and totalitarian.
I really insist on the words
these people lose their freedom
and I find it unacceptable
that we accept
that this country is exporting
its hands in other
democratic countries
in the middle of a people
that still has colors,
that still has a will to live,
a normal and free will to live.
So, defend
the French and others,
defend your freedom
in relation to this regime
that is in its tentacles
and in its hands.
Yes, it's true.
Sometimes, when we talk
to people in the street
about what's happening in China,
some are resigned,
saying they can't do anything,
it's like that,
it's the political power,
the economic power.
And it's good to finish on that
because if we don't want
that to happen to us,
at some point,
we have to do something.
Because we saw what happened
in the Second World War,
we never said that again
and finally, it's happening
in an even more abominable
and vast way
because it's on the scale
of the world's largest population,
China, and on top of that,
they export it abroad.
And it's really an export
of persecution.
We saw it in the report
of the military school.
It's very clear, it's an export
of persecution abroad,
so we're not going to let it happen.
The minimum is still to act.
Don't be resigned.
If you have friends who are resigned,
help them get out of this state
because it's not very good for them.
That means that if one day
it doesn't hit them hard,
they won't have the strength
to react and resist.
The simple information,
as you said, Brigitte Lirault,
simply spreading the information
is already acting.
It's already not being an accomplice
when we know what we're doing.
Doing nothing is being an accomplice.
We have a lot of tools
available to us,
free tools,
social networks.
Let's take advantage of them.
It has a lot more impact
than you think.
while we're about to leave.
on all your networks.
We've been live on Twitter
at the same time on Facebook
and at the same time on YouTube.
Thank you for staying until the end.
Thank you for your comments.
I posted a few of you
on the screen.
Thank you very much.
Come back next week.
Every week we'll have guests
as interesting as Brigitte Lirault.
I encourage you
to comment and share.
See you soon
and see you
Thank you.
