Welcome back to another episode of Luxury Home Tours. Today, we're going to take a look at 1000
Museum Unit 3102. This is the only residential skyscraper in Miami with a private helipad
for residents. And if this is your first time on my channel, my name is Jason Matuk. I'm a
realtor here in South Florida, and I'm going to be taking you through some of the nicest homes
on the market. And while you're here, if you'd like to see some more luxury home tours, go ahead
and subscribe to my channel. And whether you like or dislike this video, go ahead and give me a
thumbs up, because why not? Also, the whole floor. Oh, yeah. All right. And as soon as you enter the
master suite, on your left, you have an open spacious walk-in closet. Let them see. Give
them the tour. Let them see it. I don't know what this space is for. What's this? What's this for?
This is the viewing room. Does this sink work, Jack? Clean yourself up. Oh, man. Look at this bedroom.
All right. So, the best part about this bedroom is you have a picture of the queen right over there.
You know what? Let's take one more look at those views. Great. Now, my hands are wet.
Why did I do that? That's how you flush the toilet. You click this square. What is this?
Okay. Okay. All right. You got the typical European kitchen. Everything. Point out a
handle. Find a handle for me. I dare you. Stove top with a vent in the roof. So, the fridge.
Nope. Not the fridge. Let's see what this is. This is an oven.
Now, tell me this is not the sleekest kitchen you have ever seen.
Wait for the beat to drop. The best Instagram photo shoot right here. This might be the thumbnail.
Yep. It's a thumbnail. I would love a time-lapse shot of like the GoPro just sitting here.
Okay. Let's see what else we got. Besides the master, this is the first bedroom.
And honestly, is this the master bedroom? I wouldn't even know. It's just that nice.
Where I come from, this is how we sit. Who you got to impress? You really like crossing your
legs? Come on. This is the one that I was mentioning that's like a second master bedroom
because how much space it has. But to be honest, they're all like that. You know, I think just
since we're discussing art, let's change the vibe a little bit. Let's put this on. Okay.
So now we have, this is a Bonner Untitled. It's 53 by 73 inches. Asking price. How much, Scott?
Nope. $8,200. That's out. That's tax tag and title. This piece is called the Chris Jones
number three version two. It's 72 by 72. You want to guess how much it costs, Scott?
You see, it looks like it's worth 2 million, but it's actually only $10,500. This piece right here.
Oh, wow. That's why did I say it like that? It's 56 by 65 inches. 7,800. Come on. That's a night
out. This is one of the bigger pieces in the whole building. This is the Chris Jones. Same
Chris Jones who did the other one. This is version three. Again, 10,500, not 2 million,
as previously stated. And as I was about to leave, I decided to get a tour of the amenities
this building had to offer. So we have the men and women's locker room. We carry all the towels
and we have some toiletries available. Here's the shower. The locker rooms come with a robe
and slippers for your treatment and quality experience. And so this is actually the
aromatherapy and sound therapy. So once you sit here and turn this on, basically you can start
as you see. Yeah. So this is another basic way to just enhance the treatment experience.
You can plug your own music in as well. The wet facility area. We usually suggest people to use
these facilities before going into the treatment. You want to make sure you get the steam room. Make
sure you get the sauna. And then we have the ceiling shower right there. And it's absolutely
amazing.
