As many of you guys know by now, before I became a world traveler, I worked in real estate. I learned everything I know about it from my dad Tomas, who has been in the Miami luxury real estate game for over 35 years. In this video, we’re taking you on a tour of a $12.5 million luxury Miami house tour in Coral Gables, Florida!

This stunning, luxurious tropical modern home features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms, an entertainment area, and more! It’s a massive, South Pacific-style property on a private street in the exclusive Ponce Davis area. It’s one of the best multimillion dollar properties I’ve ever seen that’s away from the water!

You enter through double doors. There are lots of stone, wood, and water features. The entry area is very sleek and soothing. It’s designed to make you calm with the lighting and high ceilings. There’s a meeting room and an outdoor courtyard.

On the first floor is a powder room with a ten-foot door and a unique marble sink basin. I’d never seen anything like it!

There’s a lot of natural light in the hallway leading to the formal living room. There’s a wine cellar off the living room where you can store a couple hundred bottles. From the hall, you can see the internal outdoor courtyard.

Past another powder room is an enormous kitchen with a marble bar and a massive island. It’s so spacious and is perfect for entertaining guests. The kitchen features 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows that look out at the pool and allow in tons of natural light!

There’s an incredible oven and gas range, as well as 36-inch subzero freezers. There are several freezers! The backsplash is tons of windows.

You’ll also find a beautiful media room with space for a TV and a guest bedroom with high ceilings and 10-foot-tall doors. Further on is a large laundry room with two washers and two dryers. There’s a ton of space for closets and storage. Past that is a 4-car garage!

The windows along the staircase let in tons of natural light. Outside on the second level is a large terrace. There’s a second family room up there, a beautiful bedroom with lots of closet space and a beautifully-finished bathroom.

There’s a long hallway that takes you past more bedrooms with engineered wood and a bathroom with a tub. There’s another bedroom that’s basically a mirror image of the other, except the bathroom has a shower.

The arrival area of the master bedroom has a seating area, and there’s a covered terrace outside with a tub outside! The bathroom is incredible. The shower has a skylight above it. There’s a nice tub in the middle, and separate rooms with separate toilets. There’s also an enormous closet that lets in lots of light!

From the terrace, you can look out over the grounds, where there is an outdoor shower. There’s a spiral staircase that takes you downstairs, where there’s a long, shallow pool and a jacuzzi. There are little walkways between them and tons of greenery that gives the home a south Pacific feel.

There’s also a barbecue area and a separate room that can serve as a bedroom or a gym. The walls are almost entirely made up of windows! It would make a perfect gym!

There’s another guest bedroom elsewhere, and there’s also a Turkish bath with marble walls! The other guest bedroom has its own terrace, air conditioning, another huge bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a tub. The wood finishes are amazing and there’s another huge closet! It also has its own private entrance!
